The Chalet is handy for getting to the Chalmette’s Gondola but is bit of a hike from the Ski Hire Shop we used (Twinner pre-booked on the Net). The Gondola can get a bit busy particularly when the Italians arrive from Turin.
The Chalet Bedrooms are very pleasant with plenty of room compared with many French Chalets we have stayed in before.
The acoustics in the Chalet leave something to be desired. There is insufficient soundproofing to cope with noisy groups returning after one has retired (this happened to us and my Daughter had to ask the other Group to be quiet).
At the start of our week the Chalet Staff were cooking our meals in the Chalet (Ginepy) next door but this was changed as the food was a little on the cold side by the time it arrived at table.
All in all a good budget Chalet in one of the best French Resorts (we have been twice).

I would definatly recomend La Petite Clautre, it is a warm and inviting with great views
Plenty of space and located on the slope. A stones throw from one of the main gondalas.
This resort had slopes for every ability.
