Chalet Alaska is situated in Les Almes area of the resort, approximately 400m walk from the main Aeroski lift, the ski school meeting points and the centre of Tignes. Alternatively skiers can access the piste 100m behind the chalet, which links into the main lift system, and you can return on skis to within 100m of the chalet on the same piste. my girlfriend and i went for a week of snowboarding in the jan of o7 and stayed here, we had a fantastic time.the room we had was very nice, spacious with a balcony overlooking the town which was nice in the evening. we had a ensuite bath with over shower and wc which was a nice size too. the chalet itself was very clean and tidy and staff was excellent, they couldnt do enough to keep us happy! there was a lovely hot tub outside with views of the town which we often used in the evening and a sauna which was just what was needed after a full day on the piste. there was a short 5 min walk to the nearest lift in the morning but was up hill on the way back after a hard day. overall we enjoyed our holiday very much and would recommend chalet alaska to others who are considering going there!!!
