Flights and transfers all on time. Hotel room upper floor sea view as requested via e-mail. The only Rep's seen were at airport. We missed the first day tours sales talk and no rep's for rest of week at times stated in hotel.

This hotel is excellent, we could not fault it. The food is great, there is something there for everyone.

The staff are polite and their English is perfect. The evening entertainment was great, if offered a wide variety of shows.
