Bansko Hotel

This is a four* hotel and probably is a good hotel in Bankso, the hotel is clean, professional and the rooms are comfortable. However we were half-board and the food is just terrible, despite the fact that we pride ourselves on being able to eat anything. After 4 days we lost the will to eat, it was awful, no fruit, no salads, everything tasted of and looked like dishwater, mystery meat, covered in fat and gristle. No water, no coffees, as the machines were covered, surly and lazy staff, we complained to management and we ended up wishing we hadn't as we were ignored for the rest of the week.
We got a free ski pack with out booking as this was the only thing that made it bearable.
Water all over the bathroom floors, as there is no shower curtain, my partner slipped getting out of the shower. We asked for a mat and eventually got one, but the staff made us feel very uncomfortable.
