We spent a week winter holiday at this hotel (29/12/07 - 05/01/08). I would say in general the hotel is quite good for family with children (daily in-house childcare). Spacious & modern lobby, fairly good view too. The food is not bad, quite a big selection and generous... more

We stayed at the Cristallo in January '07 and had a very enjoyable week. The hotel is a great family venue, it has three (yes three) pools including an outdoor heated and an indoor kids pool. Our 6 year old was in heaven padding around the hotel from one pool to another in... more

First time skiing. Absolutely first class. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Food excellent. Prices in hotel bar very reasonable. Will definitely be returning. Three kids loved lessons. Adults instructor was first class. Faultless from start to finish.
