We spent a week winter holiday at this hotel (29/12/07 - 05/01/08). I would say in general the hotel is quite good for family with children (daily in-house childcare). Spacious & modern lobby, fairly good view too.
The food is not bad, quite a big selection and generous buffet. Spa & pools for kids & grown-ups are good alternatives to skiing. Most of the hotel staff are friendly and nice, until we met the little lady at the reception on our last night there - she must've forgotten that guests are to be served with smile and tons of politeness. After a late night at the bar with visiting friends, my husband asked if we could check out a little later than 10am - thinking we're still on holiday and would love to relax to the last minute possible. To our shock, we received a strict cold 'No' and 'get up early, breakfast is served starting at 7am anyway!' as an answer. Well, that little mishap did spoil our mood.
Other than that, with the amount of money we paid (around 3000euros for 2 adults & 1 child) for hotel (plus meals, excl. drinks) - a free garage wouldn't be too much of a request, would it? It's 7euros/day. Therefore my 7 out of 10 rating.
