I stayed in this hotel with Newmarket Holidays, and allowing for the fact that they "do cheap" hols, I was still very disappointed as the detail in the hotel website did not reflect the true facts.
This hotel is at least 15 mins walk from the railway station and the town of Rattenberg and 45 mins by coach from Innsbruck. It is not "next to the town center"
The bedroom I had was very small for 2 of us, badly fitted out, very dark, no drawers for clothes, I lived out of my suitcase and there was not even room on the floor for that.
There were some sort of biting insects in the room and I got badly bitten at night.
Not a hotel but perhaps a pensione. Only the toilets, which non-residents could use downstairs, were very modern giving a false impression.
THe "staff" were quite polite.

We booked our holiday through snowdeals on line and got a really good price for the complete holiday. when we got to the hotel we didn't get a proper family room so when we spoke to the hotel people they gave us a seperate room for the kids to stay in(brilliant).
The hotel was clean and tidy and was very welcoming its in a lovely position just behind the church. The only downfall was the food on some days was not the best and other days it was really nice, some nights were the same food within the same week but this was towards the end of the season so that might of had an effect on what they had
