The small family run hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. In the basement there was a drying room for all your boots and boards/skis so you didn't have to make room for them in your bathroom every night - like I have had to do in the past!
There was a small breakfast room where you had a selection of cereals and continental breakfast - a boiled egg was optional!
The bedrooms were of a good size with balcony/ terrace and they were cleaned every day.
The hotel was in a great location between Zell Am See and Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The bus runs every 15 minutes from the bus stop which is a 10 minute walk away to both resorts. A 15 minute walk away and there is the small ski area of Maiskogel also the main town of Kaprun is also there too.
A great location for a quiet holiday - although it is more likely to get busier during high season.
