We stayed at the Hotel Crystal for one week at the beginning of February 2007.
It is an excellent hotel, situated opposite the Hotel Deutchmann, and only a few yards from the Festkogl Gondola.
One can ski in to only a few yards from the door, and the ski bus comes every 10 minutes and stops at the Gondola.
It is quite a long way to the ski school meeting point, about 600 metres, which we found too far to walk in ski boots, so we either skied there by going up the Gondola and then down, or caught the bus there.
The only complaint we had about the hotel Crystal was that the food at tea time (included in the hotel price) was not suitable for us as vegetarians.
We hope they will change this in the future. The dinner and breakfast were fine, however. And the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable.
