Initially a nice hotel until you actually stay there.
The room was overpriced and smelled of mould so much that my eyes stung and I found it hard to breathe. You could see the mould on the walls. (Some of which was painted over) Room was humid and everything was damp. Hair in bathtub.
Requested change to a different room. We were moved to a room "with a view" of the marina. This really is no view. That room also was humid and mouldy, but we were able to breathe. Carpet very dirty.
Air conditioning very loud and wires underneath exposed. Metal door was so rusted we couldn't open it. Staff was uncaring and sarcastic.
We were given vouchers for a free beer and breakfast at check in.
Housekeeping hard to communicate with, as nobody spoke English, extra towels are very hard to get.
Free breakfast was room temperature and served with a helping portion of disgust and disdain. Could hear the staff in the kitchen complain about the diners. Unclean as well.
If there was one bright star at this hotel it was Kimberly at Front Desk. She is delightful! I can say that we will NEVER visit this hotel again. At the prices they charge, for a bit more, we will stay elsewhere and enjoy our holiday.
