This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and let me tell you I have stayed in more than a few!
The pool was filthy it looked like it never been cleaned all season, actually would not put my feet in it.
The rooms well room for your suitcase just!! Believe me its bad! The bathrooms are full of lime scale and we had to ask for a cleaner to come to our room (that is once we tried to explain in bad Turkish we needed cleaner) because nobody hardly speaks English.
The breakfasts are extremely poor and every day we ate out instead, a bit disappointing when we have already paid for our breakfasts.
The Halikarnas, although I love the club, the hotel was extremely close to it and you couldn’t sleep at nights which got a bit tiring!
Overall I'd recommend you never to stay here! I will be returning to Bodrum this year because the place and the people are amazing but I will not be staying here! I will stay in Istankoy and I can’t wait.
Goldtrail this hotel should not be allowed anywhere near a holiday brochure! You should be ashamed.

Well, where do I start? This is the worst holiday I have ever had. The hotel rooms are small and not very clean. Located next to lively bars and within 10 metres of the open air nightclub so you can not sleep with the noise.
Breakfast is very limited choice and they only serve a Turkish breakfast.
Staff can barely speak English. One cleaner to clean the whole of the rooms and the hotel.
Bathrooms minute and if you are allocated a twin room you can barely get your suitcases in the room. The hotel is noisy and I did not get any sleep.
I would strongly recommend that people do not stay here as you will be extremely upset and disappointed.

Well, were do I start?
1. Air conditioning does not work.
2. The people that work in the hotel can hardly talk any English.
3. They hate kids.
4. Don't do English breakfasts.
5. Can't wash clothes (£50 worth of clothes got ruined).
6. Wouldn't give kids orange juice in the morning, told me they could only have coffee or tea.
7. When we complained and asked the rep to come out, the hotel workers told the rep they didn’t know where we were.
8. No hot water.
9. Don’t clean the rooms.
Well I won’t bore you any more because I could go on forever! If you have any sense you’d stay far away from that hotel!

I have to say that the accommodation in this hotel was the worst thing that happened to us on the holiday. The place and the people there are great, but the hotel was terrible! I am sorry to say that what was written in the first 3 reviews is true. The rooms are not clean at all, it seems that the hotel has not been cleaned since it has been opened. The carpet stinks, the elements in the bathroom are falling apart and there is hardly room for anything. It is true that almost no one speaks English in the hotel, and they try to deceive you in any possible way in order to take your money! They serve the same breakfast every day which makes you feel frustrated. By the way, the swimming pool did not work, they said that it was being mended, so we did not have a chance to see it at all. The kitchen in the hotel is situated in the middle of the hotel with opened windows and the whole rooms stink on food.
I didn*t like it at all. I think that I will go in Bodrum again, but definitely not in this hotel. I also wonder whether the people from the travel agency that offers this hotel have ever been there to see what they offer!
