Jurys Inn Milton Keynes Hotel

stayed at this hotel on business for 1 night in May 2007. Parking is a problem, check in good, room clean the only problem was the hair dryer not working and didn't discover this until i'd had my shower, they could'nt fix this and the only solution they could offer was to let me into a spare room on the 6th floor to use the hair dryer in there, however i was on the 4th floor wrapped in a towel with a head like a haystack - not an acceptable solution to me !

I booked a night at the Jury's Hotel Milton Keynes, New hotel and i travel all the time on Business. Will never stay there AGAIN, the service is FAR FAR from where i normally stay, but they were full........... now i know WHY!!!!

The stay at the hotel was fine, friendly staff and the room was clean. Watch out for the parking attendants outside if you are unlaoding or loading, they sit and wait - I was 9 minutes and got a ticket.

The hotel is very much in the vein of the typical, big chain business hotels in the UK. It is new and of immaculate decor. Our room was a tad small but clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom was OK, with shower but no bath. There is in-room temperature control, which we didn't use. Spent a night here on business. Stands in the centre of MK surrounded by the best of 1960s concrete. Parking is no fun; 300 yards away in a multi storey car park at £5 a go. However lovely smell of new carpet throughout the hotel as it had not long opened. Check in staff were pleasant and efficient, room on the 10th floor was spotless and the usual good standard of a Jurys. Let down was meals.
