There were four of us, one being blind, the hotel was friendly helpful and wheelchair friendly if we needed it, the rooms were lovely and clean, with tea making facilities and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Whenever we wanted to stay for an evening meal (optional) we could, at £10.00 per head for 3 courses, delicious cooking and plenty of choice, the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help everyone.
The breakfasts were so good, that we did not have to eat at lunchtime anywhere, we were still full-up! (Apart from the obligatory cup of tea by the beautiful coastlines everywhere, and they were many and stunning!) There is a small on site pool to swim in, we did not, because the weather was not warm enough, but tables and chairs were around the pool for drinks when required. A separate Bar was provided in which to smoke, no smoking in the rooms. In all, a really good place to stay, the downside being on a busy road, but parking on the premises was not really a problem most days.
With plenty of sofas and chairs to lounge around happily in, and even a tv room (no smoking-the world cup was on that week, need I say more!) it was a home from home type of hotel, and very enjoyable.
