The skiing at Ruka is great with slopes to suit all skill levels. The drag and chair lifts were easy with no queues.
The hotel was very good with attentive staff and a full range of facilities including 'tropical' swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and solarium. It also has a beauty treatment centre and small gym.
It has its own ten-pin bowling area with six lanes, with bar and pool tables.
The only downside of staying in this hotel is the 20 to 30 minute coach ride to the slopes and not as frequent as we would of liked.
