Mariners Club Resort & Marina Hotel

We stayed at the Mariner's Club for a weekend at the end of June. They were doing construction in some of the areas but they quit at night so it wasn't too loud. We rented a one bedroom one bath townhouse which is nice! Nice furniture, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, granite countertops, ceiling fans, fridge, stove, microwave, etc. It said hammock view, but when we looked out the windows we saw construction equipment. Would not recommend staying here because of a large scale construction project going on. The construction workers work from 7 am to 7pm and it is noisy. We were not told of the construction when making the reservation nor when checking in and we were given no discount for the major inconvenience the construction caused.

The Mariners Club is a truly beautiful place. Our condo was very clean and spacious. The place is very new and has all the comforts you could want. Pool was great. No complaints. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I spent 6 days in the Florida Keys and stayed the first two nights at the Mariners Club. Had we known what a fantastic place it is we would have spent the entire trip there and next time we will. We were awed by the luxury of our unit. While the none of the Keys have much in the way of sandy beaches all the other amenities at the Mariners were awesome, unit was immaculate and staff were wonderfully friendly. What a dynamite place! It looks as if it was just built so everything is new. I saw that they are building a 180,000 gallon pool! The front desk told us that it should be built in time for Memorial Day Weekend and it is going to be the largest pool in the Florida Keys. We stayed in an "elevated villa" which was well worth the price! Definately the place to stay in Key Largo!

First of all, I am not sure why they are called a resort... The place is cute, but there is really not much to do there. I was under the impression that we could go snorkeling, kayaking and more, but they do not offer any of that. There is a dive shop right outside of their property - no locals would recommend that place though. Service was absolutely horrible. They only had one person on the front desk that seemed to panic every time there were more than 1/2 person that needed help. For $300/night, I would expect my room to be cleaned... more

We spent the weekend at Mariners Club in Key Largo over the superbowl weekend. This was our second trip, we first came here last January, and this time it was nothing short of excellent. We stayed in one of the Ocean front condos in a brand new building. Not only was the place we stayed in excellent, but the view was unbelievable. My husband and I just spent 5 days at the Mariner's Club in a two bedroom condo. All I can say is WOW! The property and room was so beautiful and quite. We thoroughly enjoy the friday night cocktail party. It gave us a chance to mingle with other guests on the property and learn some things about the area. All the staff member were very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't think twice about where I would stay when I return to the florida keys.

we went to mariner's for a long birthday weekend celebration after seeing beautiful pictures of the property and scanning their website. the first shock was at the front desk when they stated that the resort was a non-smoking resort after a 3 hour delay in gaining access to our condo. second shock was that the condo was not how it was depicted on their website nor their brochures. third act in this saga was that they do not have on premises restaurant nor a liquor license so all you can get is beer and wine but not poolside. and last but... more

My husband and I just got back, we took 25 people down with us to get married on the property. Due to the hurricane, we had to change plans and get married a day earlier. The staff went way beyond their duties and were super helpful and everyone was very friendly. The facilities were beautiful and were spacious enough to have several couples in one place. We sat at the Tiki bar on site and ate and drank sitting next to the ocean. We already have plans to go back with our families next year. I would recommend it to anyone!
