You cannot go wrong with the Irene Apartments, Elias and his sons Nick & Jack are all absolutely spot on guys, they will help make your holiday so much better.
The apartments are nice & spacious, the pool is great and everyone gets on great around the pool bar which is open from around 9am through to early hours of the morning.
They serve great snacks and meals and there is plenty of entertainment.
There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road where you can get a bus into Kos Town, or it takes around 20 mins to walk, or hire a car or bike which aren't very expensive.
We met plenty of people at the apartments who return every year because they enjoy it that much and we will certainly be returning too.

We have just had 2 weeks at the Irene apartments in psalidi. The owner Elias and his two sons Jack and Nick couldn’t have made us more welcome.
It is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. The apartments were more than we expected very spacious and clean.
Psalidi itself is beautiful the people are very friendly, and at the bottom of the road from the Irene you can get a bus into kos town for less than 1euro each and like we did we stayed on the bus and went on to Lambi got off the bus at the quick corner.
The beach there is lovely, free sunbeds and you get waiter service if you want it, you don’t have to move at all, only to go for a swim, it was wonderful.

Thanks to Ilious, nick,and naughty jack, for fantastic last three years holiday.
We first went to kos on our hunnymoon aug 2005, at irene appartments, it was so fantastic we cant seem to go any where else.
Nothing is to much trouble for these guys, we have stayed in many of the rooms and each one is clean and well equipt.
I should not brag about these appartments as knowing my luck i wont be able to book for this year

Fantastic place to stay Elias Jack and Nick are really sound people, they really looked after us during our 1 week stay.
The food was great swimming pool was great the apartment was basic but was very clean.
Kos is great to once you get to know it there's a Chinese restaurant called far east which was great.
The food was really good and loads of shops and bars, will definitely go back one day hopefully take all the family next time.

Fantastic place to stay, jack nick n ilias very friendly cant do enuff for you .stayed here 4 times n will keep comming back very clean apts nice pool gud food n gud atmosphere will be returning shortly great place to stay n enjoy this lovely island.trips to turkey n waterpark well worth a try

Just returned from a week staying at the Irene Apts. Had an amazing holiday which was mainly due to the family that run the hotel. Ilios, Nick & Jack will make you feel very welcome and show you a great time.
The rooms are basic but just what you need, but the pool area and bar is great. Its suitable for everyone really, friends, couples and families. Only 25 rooms so everyone gets to know each other and the hotel has a great atmosphere.
Its is bout 25 mins walk to Kos Town which we did a few times or you can jump in a taxi for only 6 euros.
I will definately try to return sometime in the future!!

Just returned after 2 weeks at the Irene Apartments.
Had a fantastic time there! Lovely pool area.
Nice modern studio in the usual Greek standard and everything worked.
Family run and very friendly - nothing is too much trouble for these guys, just ask and they will do anything they can for you.
Spent many a sociable evening around the Pool Bar but watch out for Jack he has the knack of getting you drunk ha!
Kos town is a gentle flat 30 minutes walk away but buses stop outside the apartments to Kos town and it’s about 5 minutes to the main road for more regular buses and beaches.
Would definitely go back there as had lots of people who were staying there at the same time as us (speaks for it self).

I have just returned from Kos after staying in the Irene apartments. The accommodation itself is basic but offers everything you could want during your stay. The hotel is about five minutes on a bus away from the town but there is local restaurants (which are superb), bars and supermarkets for anything you need.
Our time in Kos was amazing and this is down to the staff at the apartments! Anything you need they will arrange for you. It is family run and they are lovely people, the pool bar is excellent! We had many good nights in there, they offer various activities for night times but it is the atmosphere and the energy that makes it so enjoyable!
There was a wide range of holidaymakers at Irene it is good for families couples and groups! We have had one of the best holidays and will be returning again to Irene Apartments!

We had a great holiday and this was mostly down to all the staff at the Irene apartments. The apartments are quite basic but they have everything you need and they are lovely and clean.
The pool is fantastic and we spent many a day lazing by the pool. We did go out into Kos Town by bus (literally 5 minutes down the road) or a 15 minute walks and visited many of the numerous bars and restaurants - all of which were lovely.
What made our holiday was the welcome by the staff at the Irene, the family could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning soon hopefully.
