I thought overall the hotel was good. The staff were fun and very effective. A perfect family atmosphere, the pools were exellent and extremely clean. The food was the same every night but we always found something to try. The only downside we found was the air conditioning, it was not very good in the apartment and we couuld have done with a unit in each room but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in this hotel with my Turkish partner. The food was fantastic and to a very high standard. The cleanliness was excellent. The waiters and staff were all very professional and couldn't do enough to help. The big downside was the Russians - they really are like pigs and waste such lovely food with their greed. We actually ate out a couple of nights as they made me feel sick to watch them. Being very aware that Turkey is a poor country I felt disgusted that people could waste so much food. The Turkish staff think the Russians are animals.
There was a gozlemer tent - which was a traditional Turkish lady making pastries under the sun with meat or cheese fillings - a traditional Turkish dish and very nice as a snack for lunch by the pool. I was thinking to return to this resort, but having read the comments regarding the Russians I am thinking twice as with 2 children I don't think I would want to expose them to such bad manners. I actually had an argument by the pool one day as they had all the sun beds and wouldn't even share an ashtray - greedy people.
Luckily we met some English and Turkish people and laughed at the way the Russians were behaving. I believe the hotel is owned by a Russian - hence the number of Russian guests.
The hotel is lovely - if you can tolerate the Russians.

Hotel is approx 1 hour away from Antalya airport. On arrival the reception staff were pleasant and curteous.
The room was for 3 adults and was very nice but short of storage space for clothes and our rooms faced next doors hotel disco which was very LOUD and only finished at 2am.
The resort was kept immaculately clean and tidy at all times with beautiful gardens and clean pool areas. It is a large complex with 10 pools including a water park but still a shortage of sunbeds everywhere.
This hotel and complex has predominantly Russian guests when we were there it was full with 4000 guests and only 162 of them were British. Meal times with the Russians is not a pretty sight and more like a rugby scrum.
They are greedy, rude, ignorant and obnoxious to put it politely, this is not just a few of them it is the majority. They pile food up all over their tables and then stuff it into carrier bags to eat later, push into queues and I have seen them push children out of the way to get what they want.
First it was funny to watch, then after a week it got very tedious and annoying.
The food was good but repetitive and sometimes bland. Watching the Russians balancing water melon on their plates became a pastime. The Moscow state circus would have been proud.
The main restaurants were affectionately known as the "pig pens" or "the circus" due to the cheek-by-jowl eating or the Moscow circus style stacking of food.
It is easy to pick fault, I think I may have. It’s a lovely complex, the weather was superb, and the pool barstools were deep enough to keep you cool while you quaffed your 12 am beer.
There are 8 "themed" restaurants, 2 of which are free. We made use of the French, Mongolian, Mediterranean, and Turkish. The latter two are free and are pretty much what you would expect. The French restaurant was very good at 12 Euros a head.
The Mongolian consisted of vast selections of raw meat and fish, vegetables and sauces, which you pile on your plate in a haphazard way and hand to the chef to cook, great fun.
The alcohol served here is VERY strong and the only people we saw get rude and abusive because of drink were, you guessed it, Russians. One day the entertainment was watching security staff try to drag a very plastered Russian away from the pool area, but he was well greased with suntan oil and kept slipping out of their grasp, best entertainment we had in 2 weeks.
The shows were good but again geared towards the majority of Russian speaking guests.
However we had 2 teenage girls with our party and they had a fantastic time, partying in the disco, foam parties, beach parties. They need another holiday to get over this one.
They really enjoyed themselves and can now sing in Russian... heh
The complex is a bit way out with a small shopping complex nearby and a weekly market at Manavgat.
Unlike further north in Turkey the preferred currency is the Euro, they will take UK £ but under protest. So take Euros with you.
We went on a couple of boat trips and went to Side which is a lovely place, the temple of Apollo is there and lots of shops of course, Remember to haggle with the shopkeepers though, make them work for their Euros.
All in all we had a good holiday, there were 8 of us, and we made the most of it. I will not go back to this part of Turkey again; we will be going back to Olu Deniz next year in my opinion the nicest resort in Turkey.
I can't help feeling that for a little more thought and attention to detail, this could be so much better. I read that the average 2 week holidaymaker wants to come home about 9.4 days into their holiday. It never got that bad, but I did not feel the need to stay 2 weeks+ 1 day!

This hotel was excellent all round. Arrived at 2 in the morning and could get drinks and something to eat as it is 24 hour all-inclusive.
This hotel had so many pools we didn’t know where to start!
Food was so much, we ate at all times of the day, slush puppie drinks for the kids, free ice-cream free pool towels.
There is a lot of Russians at this resort who don’t know that you have to queue up. They like to jump to the front but you play them at their own game they soon take the hint.
As for meal times you would have a comedy show piling their plates like it was there last meal then to leave plates of uneaten food. I’ve never seen so much waste!
At one stage we thought the Moscow state circus was there juggling plates of water melon. We guessed melon must be scarce in Russia or pure greed... apart from this we had a laugh.
The food was very Turkish and there was excellent choice. Snack bars with pizzas kebabs, chips ect.
Grounds were kept spotless, beach area was great, water very warm.
10 minutes from hotel you have a shopping area with chemist clothes shops. Nearest town Side was 30 minutes taxi ride.
I like to shop a lot so found this hotel a bit out from the town ....but the hotel itself has everything to keep you there, golf buggies take you to you rooms at night.
I'd rate this hotel excellent 10/10. You must try all the desserts - diet when you get back!
Well enjoy...

A one hour transfer after a 5 hour delay (will never travel Thomas Cook again)- excellent quick and very friendly check in. Driven to our duplex apartment in golf buggy (my wife, myself and three kids (14,12 and 8). Dropped off our bags then back on buggy to reception - told we could have food at the late buffet - this was open till midnight.
Next day it rained so we took our time to explore.
Pools
Main pool gets the best of the sun but can also get windy - nearest pool to the beach. Right next to the main restuarant and the snack bar/drinks bar/ice cream bar (free ice creams all afternoon -Walls ice cream). Excellent kebabs and burgers and chips in the afternoon.
Quiet pool is more sheltered and has a swim up bar - only soft drinks and beers. Plenty of loungers and towels and umbrellas.
Aquapark has 6 slides - great for all of our kids - also has good small kiddies pool with slided for under 5s. Free turkish pancake stall nearby (not to be missed).
Indoor pool - not a bad size and good for when it rains or cools down.
Food - OK. Some nice soups thogh sometimes not as hot as I would have liked. Great choice of salads. Bread is superb. Childern may struggle as not really geared up for them is they are fussy Brits. Always have pasta and spaghetti to choose from. Often cooking stuff fresh in front of you - fish was a winner with my kids.
Beach was dominated by the Russians - they prefer this to the pool. Plenty of beds and brollies on the beach but it does fall sharply when you get in so is deep after only a few yards - is alsi shingle as opposed to sand. Worth a day.
Staff are very friendly (apart from one or two) - english is not spoken very widely but you can make yourself understood. Lots of guests from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus etc - just don't let thm jump the queues.
There is a small market just half a mile walk outside of the resort - good for fake trainers, football tops, converese jackets, watches etc etc as well as the usual turkish delight - be prepared to bargain hard - if they say 80 lira you say 10 - then work more towards 20 or 25 - be prepared ti walk away.
30 minute massage costs around £35 but worth every penny.
