Was disgusted with the Seva apartment, we had cracked toilet seat, the door handle kept falling off every time we locked the door and we got charged 54 euros on departure for dirty towels, pillow cases. Reason for dirty towels probably was because the floors were so dirty and not cleaned that all 6 parties had filthy dirty feet and used to towels to clean them! Sounds like it wasnt just us that got charged for damages on this holiday as several others were explaining what they got charged for, maybe this is how they make their profit! Also for a self catering accommodation food bought from outside the hotel was not permitted in the pool area!
The resort itself was lively and enjoyable just the apartment that was not impressed with and wouldnt recommend it to anybody in the future!

Me and my freind booked our holiday last minute and were told that Seva would ba a great place to stay as we are young and would enjoy all the clubs and pubs near the hotel.
BUT great was not the word!!!!!!!!!
when we arrived at our hotel it was disgusting there was a constant smell of shit in the air and the shower was just a shower head so the water ran all ova our rooom. there was no bath and the water from the shower stunk. we wer left with the same towels for the whole week and the noise that kept us awake at night was ridiculous, we are only young ourselves and enjoy partying but not being able 2 sleep for the whole week because of the noise was over the top.
the 2wentys reps were funny and great to get along with, but being told that one of the reps had chlymedia and wasnt getting rid of it untill he went home as the medicine in Kos was to expensive made us feel sick. we were also told that we could not enter the indoor pool as where so many people had had sex in it there was tests that proved it had STD'S in it.
then to top things off at the end of our stay we were charged for making the towels dirty even though they were dirty before we used them.
the nightlife and pubs seemed okay but i would never go there again

Right to start with me and my girlfrind booked this week long holiday with only a few weeks to spare. In the brouchure it looked fantastic, but someone did well with photoshop as rather that 3* its more like 1*. Ive never bothered to leave feedback on here before but thought i'd better. The hotel is only for groups of very young boys or girls as you have no chance of sleeping ever with huge amounts of noise 24 hrs a day. Ive been on group holidays but didnt see why they would enjoy it either.
You had to purchase the airconditioning as it was unbeleivalbly hot, as if you open the windows the noise was much worse (thats an extra 70 euros but worked well). The rooms themselves were ok for a base but the bathroom was shocking with pre war suit with half a shower(covered in groud in dirt) and minging toilet that stunk of wee when we got there! Theres 6 beds with only two of us but we had to try and find a clean towel as most had yellow or brown stains on!(i know alot of other guests got billed for making stains when they were also there at the start) The floor was covered in grime when we got there making our feet black in minutes and diidnt get cleaned when we were there.
The indoor pool had a layer of sand in the bottom and socks etc the whole time we were there.
The staff were good for the groups, but a guy called jack was the most friendly. I cant comment on how the reps helped as i didnt bother to ask their help but they seemed on the ball. It wer'nt all bad- the outside pool was fairly clean and large with free sunbeds and live sports were shown on big screens. The resort itself was great for anyone plenty of bars and clubs but also nice resturants and cocktail bars. I didnt get why Seva had such pricey food and drink, for example pint of lager 4 euros 20 meters down the road it was 2 euros, it was like that with most of it??
My advice is to go to the resort but stay somewhere else even if your a group as you can use their free pool where there are alot of hot bods but stay somehwere where you didnt have to kill 7 cockroaches on your first night when they were crawlin over your beds! Also somewhere that dosnt ask you to check out at midday when your pickup is at 01.15 in the morning then charge you 30 more euros to stay until 8!!!

didnt stay at the seva but a hotel nearby, had access to the seva though and spent most of my sober time there, and some drunken times too. everything about this hotel was pure banter and all 8 of the girls i went with had major depression when we got home. everyone i met there was awesome, made loads of great friends and still speak to the reps...skills and cj made our holiday, possibly the best reps around. chris behind the bar in the seva we love you, great banter. girl behind the pool bar was brill for dancing on the bar in a drunken state from 11am-8pm..hell yes. food was great, drinks were definately not for the faint hearted. had the best times of my life so far in this hotel, one of them being sleeping on the sunloungers in full clubbing attire so we could be the first in the pool, only to wake up at 12 in the afternoon surrounded by bikini clad onlookers. banterrrr

What a truly wonderful place to stay!! This hotel never sleeps!! I enjoyed it so much I'm planning to go back at the beginning of September.
Staff are helpful and friendly, room was cleaned everyday, bins were emptied daily and towels and sheets changed pretty much everyday. Everything that you could want for young groups of girls/boy, the pool bar and 24 hour hotel bar are definately the highlights!! A nicely sized pool and also a Jacquizzi.
Everything and anything you could want in a hotel!!

Well, me and 5 other girls went to Kos and stayed at Seva! We LOVED IT! so much that we we've booked up to go back there this Sept 5th.
All the staff were really helpful I thought and nothing was too much trouble, George (the owner) was really polite and helpful. He kept saying he knew me from when I've been in Seva before, but it was my first time at Seva! How funny! Drinks were a bit pricey at 5 euros each but oh well your on holiday, oh try the cherry Bakewell they are well yummy!
The rooms are basic but what do you expect in an 18-30's hotel! They are only used for sleeping and get ready! Our towels weren't changed daily but as long you aired them out you can use them again! Hey i suppose its better than nothing. Our room was clean and tidy though and our bathroom was ok. One of our light bulbs on the mirror was broken but they were helpful and replaced it straight away!
The music is played at about 10am and goes through till about 4am! or even longer! When we went it was quiet because it was only the start of the season, but it was still good. Just a bit quieter. The weather was great, relaxing by the pool. There was a DJ box being built when we were there, so hopefully it's finished now!
We also went to Origins as that was a 10 second walk down from Seva, the people there are really friendly but I can't remember all their names ( i remember Luke!). I made friends with quite a few people that were staying there.
The club reps were great and they don't hassle you if you don't want do something. They are a rite laff, esp kerry ( finchy!) and shipbrake (who my mate got quite friendly with!)wink wink!
Don't go to Nemo's the food is crap! I could go on for ages about how good it was, but me and 3 other girls cant wait to go back there in Sept!
WE LOVED IT!

Firstly full marks to the 2wentys reps. They made our holiday, Dave, Ben, Sheila, and Kerry.
Our apartment was clean and our sheets and towels were changed every day whilst we were there, so no problems there. All of the staff were really friendly (mainly English) and George was a good bloke too.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet however don’t stay at the Seva. Me and my friends were up until 6am every morning listening to music and loads of other people did the same.
If you want peace and quiet go to Wales. If the apartments had of had a better equipped kitchen then I would have given the apartments 8/10.
As a resort Kardamena is the best. There are so many bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops within such a short distance and everyone was so friendly. We saw no trouble what so ever.
Please please give this 2wentys holiday a go, if you’re looking for a week of madness and fun and want to make some great friends then this is the holiday for you. See you next year!

Hotel was lovely, nice pool, great bar, and excellent facilities. The rooms were nice and air conditioning was available although you did have to pay.
The resort in general was great. The nightlife was good, particularly down bar street, or for a slightly quieter night, along the front around the harbour.
Recommend the Scala restaurant, both for breakfast and evening meals - we didn't find anywhere better. You'll be told that Nemo is the best restaurant on the island - it's not! Overall I would recommend Kardamena as a resort.
Despite what everyone said, I...

Despite what everyone said, I loved it. Went with my travel agent friend (she had heard all the horror stories!) in October (2nd to last week of the season).
It was pretty quiet but the tunes still pumped out, the food was good, and although the room could have been a bit cleaner, we weren’t charged anything for leaving make up on them. It sounds like the reps were better with us because it was so much quieter when we went but the 24 bar was great, no thanks to the gorgeous Adam and Alex the chef!
I'd recommend it for the atmosphere, just remember, its not the Ritz!

3 of us just got back from a weeks stay at the Seva yesterday. I can honestly say I had the funniest holiday I have ever had in my life, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the 24 hour bar and you don’t have to stay there to use it - or the pool.
We were asked for 80 Euros on the last day for apparently 8 items that had 'fake tan' on them and that the towels were dirty. First of all - one pillow did have fake tan on it which was washed out by us with travel wash and it was cleaner than when we got it!
Our apartment wasn’t cleaned once and we didn’t get any clean sheets - the maids came in and folded them up to make it look like they were clean. We didn’t get any clean towels either throughout the week, so the towels were a bit dirty - but no dirtier than anyone else's there, because we had not been given new ones.
The only reason why this place is classed as 3*+ is because of the facilities on site, such as the pools and gym - the cleaners don’t actually do a thing - apart from apparently note down what is wrong with your room - i.e. fake 'fake tan' on the sheets.
The last day kind of spoilt part of the holiday really - shame when we'd made ourselves have a top one during a quiet time.
Apparently a load of other people had been stung too for things that weren’t even damaged in anyway or were damaged upon arrival. I won’t be staying there again.
We only did one excursion which was the Amazon night - all your food and drink for the night which I suppose is worth it however the food isn’t great!
I really liked Kardamena but the...

I really liked Kardamena but the Seva was a let down. The only thing that stopped me giving it a 1 was the 24 hour bar, but 4 euro a drink is a bit of a rip off, crap beer for about £2.80 is a joke. The staff seemed nice but were a bit out of order, A member of staff who was meant to be working at the time was drunk, very rude and cheeky to some of my friends when we asked for help about a serious problem we had. The rooms were a mess not cleaned very well even after we gave a tip to the cleaner. Both pools were good but the pool area was unsafe at times. My friends were also charged for dirty towels which is stupid. And over charged for a broken lamp shade. Go to Kos but don’t stay in the Seva.

We came back from Kardamena only last week and stayed at the Seva and the holiday depression now is BIG!!
Had a fab time at the Seva - as we were getting in every morning at random hours between 2 and 8am it was great to find the bar and pool are busy at night, even better when the workers have finished at 4am and all come back for a drink. Not the place to go if you want some sleep - you may as well join in with the noise and take a stereo seeing as everyone is blaring out something or other, never been to anywhere that does that before but nobody seemed to mind and it added to the young holiday feel. If you have had a successful eve on the booze you tend not to notice that anyway - get in and pass out.
Rooms are very basic and there were dirty foot and hand prints on the wall, hardly any cutlery and once my miniature hand towel they gave me (though my friend got a full sized one) wasn't changed for FOUR days, though the room was 'cleaned' every day. And you will have to buy your own loo roll. Enjoy the smell of sewage while you shower as well, though I think this is just a 'Greece thing', from past experiences.
The staff are great, especially the owner George. Unfortunately we had such a wicked time and then it was all ruined about 2 hours before we were due to leave to come home - we paid 30 euros for our room to be kept on otherwise we would have had to leave at midday when our pick-up wasn't until 2 the next morning. The dick behind the bar who took our money was more interested in trying to get us into the last night at Starlight(where I can only assume he also worked) than telling us we would have to leave the room at 8pm. So off we went into town having only half packed and not washed up because we were going to do it when we had finished saying our goodbyes to all the fab people we had met, only to come back to the room at half 12am to find our room cleared of all our possessions. Reception started on us the second we walked in and demanded another 20 euros of us for the inconvenience of the maid staying on and abusing the rules when it wasn't even our fault. Turns out the idiot that had taken our money the day before had since been sacked and after drink and tiredness induced crying got half of our 20 euros back.. As you can imagine we left on a bad note - not to mention the embarrassment of rapt attention from all the other guests who were waiting in the bar for the coach. Besides that, I would definitely there again, so long as they don't remember us as the-girls-who-abused-the-system . Just bear that in mind everyone if you pay to hang on to your room for a few hours!!!!!
The best places to eat are along the front - Scala, Loustros and Andreas in particular, and def go to the Starlight foam parties! (Feel slightly embarrassed saying that seeing as I am 29!) It was our best night - got in at 8am.
Food is cheap, shots are aplenty - beware the red vodka - and everybody is really friendly. And watch out for the rocks in the sea. Most people we saw either had stitches, plaster casts or crutches - a mixture of drunken nights out and mishaps in the sea.
Oh and definitely get yourself down to Ultramarine bar in Bar Street for the great atmosphere and an oggle at the lads behind the bar
Just got back from the Seva...

Just got back from the Seva yesterday. I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the service that I was given by both 2wentys and the hotel staff. The 2wentys reps didn’t look too enthusiastic this year compared to other 2wentys holidays (in which I have traveled at the same time of year) I’ve been on in the past. I also heard that some of them slyly adding extra charges onto the cost of some of the trips.
The hotel staff themselves were pretty bad, not tarnishing all of them because some were quite helpful, however, the maid especially got on our nerves, she doesn’t actually clean the place she just picks clothes up and puts shoes under the beds. The one thing that was really irritating was the fact that we got charged 10 euros for a towel that was "dirty". Being woken up the day of departure to be told that we had to pay there and then. The towel was probably worth about 1 euro and none of our towels were dirty. They did the same thing to many people in the hotel.
The rooms themselves were pretty shabby, patio door didn’t lock, the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom and the sink took about 20 minutes to drain out, along with all the scum that came out of the tap. The beds were ok, but the sheets were about 5 inches too short so they didn’t tuck in. The pool was nice, not as big as in the pictures, plenty of sun beds. The noise from the 24hr bar wasn’t a problem and made the hotel quite unique. Don’t expect any deals in the bar as you have to pay quite a bit more than on bar street, without the free shots.
As for the resort itself I really enjoyed it, nice lay out, wicked restaurants on the seafront, nice and clean, generally everyone really friendly, the bars shutting at 12 just made people go out slightly earlier or have drinks in the apartment before clubbing it. Especially liked ultramarine, toxic and no name bar. Starlight foam party is amazing, never been to one like that before, also went to status, which was decent and sugar, which was ok.
Overall would personally have to say if you were going to the Seva don’t expect it to be a 3* plus, can’t see how they got that rating in a million years. Expect a 2* and you should be happy. If you want something slightly different from Zante, Magaluf and Kavos etc go to Kardamena.
