Seva Apartments

Seva hotel is a fun and friendly place if you treat the staff with the respect you expect, yes they do charge for sheets but we got our full 50euro deposit back as we looked after the room! George the owner was an absolute legend! Gutted he's passed away :(! We paid 580 for two people and The rooms are basic but for the money you cannot complain cleaned thoroughly every day was not dirty at all have made life long friends being in kardamema and would highly recommend it! Brilliant place! Status club is amazin, the resident dj Jaye Walker needs recognition, go and witness it to understand! 12 out of 10 fantastic place! You will not be disappointed! Can't comment on the food never ate in the hotel plenty of places to go out and eat!

Spent 2 weeks there in July, was a great holiday for me and the girlfriend. friendly people and great hotel right in the middle of town to get to things, brill time.

wow the seva the 8th wonder ov the world thanks to everybody for makeing our hols the best ever great accomadation great brekky great staff and thanks for the shampers for my birthday seva. love the greek people the sandy beaches the food and the sun ov course thanks

Our room was changed after a few days as we were bitten all over by BED BUGS, the other room also had them when we checked under the sheets, we went to stay at our relatives house for part of the holiday. The hotel staff/workers knew they had a Bed Bug problem,
(but management denied any knowledge) we have stayed at various hotels in Florida over many years, with no problems, but Champions World Resort has a serious Bed Bug infestation.

The holiday was good but the staff bully you and treat you disgracefully threatening to charge us 140 euros for our dirty sheets that werent very dirty except for the make-up and footmarks where the floors were so disgustingly dirty.
Our sheets were laid out in the bar while the owner George called us a disgrace and disgusting. Thankfully the only thing on our sheets was make-up and dirty foot marks. The rep from twenty gave us 20 euros at the airport and told us how sorry she was that we had been treated so badly. Also telling us that first choice will be pulling out of this horrible nasty yukky seva hotel...
Don't go there you'll regret it.

Would never recommend to anybody! The hotel was dirty, food disgusting. This hotel mugs you off. Me and my 3 mates have just came back now, as soon as we got there everything was
in your face, the bar is the reception. Music 24hrs a day never ever quiet in the hotel, wasn't aloud to take your own food or water near the pool! We paid a 50E deposit as soon as we got there, then before we left another 160E! because of some dirty sheets which hadn't even been washed all week we was there!! This hotel is just an absolute dive, they just rip you off! Wouldn't ever recommend this hotel, but as for Kardamena it is a very nice place except the fact Seva is there. Reps just had no input on helping us out with the 160E charge! I thought that's what i deposit was for?? Not charge you onto of that aswell! Was not happy with this hotel one bit!

Me and my friend have just returned from Seva and the holiday was great until we got ripped off at the end. We paid 50 euro deposit and only got 26 back because apparantly we had got 3 sheets dirty which we didnt. They were already dirty and could tell the previous stains had tryed to be washed out. I had read reviews that said you paid for any thing u got dirty so we were very careful but still got charged! Rep was useless and had no power and was not professional at all. There is no authority at this hotel so if u have any problems you have to deal with it yourself....also there is no reception, the 'reception' is the bar. We didnt spend much time in the hotel apart from to sleep, shower and change.
The beach is great and there are plenty of bars. And if your looking for nice food head to Pelagos near the harbour...fantastic food and nice staff, they dont hassle you to go in. Also would recomened the 4 bay cruise 20euro for a fab day out!
Would recommened Kardemena to anyone BUT not this hotel!

Hotel is lively and noisy. Sheets and towels were stained on arrival. Room was basic, as expected given the cost of the holiday. Paid 50 euros deposit, 40 euros for air-conditioning and 30 euros for 6 hours on the last day. Drinks are a rip-off. Food is poor and expensive. Your own food and drink will be taken off you if staff see it. On the last day one of the members of staff informed us that we were being charged for dirty towels and bedding at a cost of 104 euros. The friend I was with had taken her own bed linen and towels and had not used any of the hotels. I had used 1 sheet and 2 towels. We refused to pay this extortionate fee and the owner demanded to see us. He was shouting expetives and extremely intimidating. Was disgusted and frightened by his behaviour and urge people not to go there. The Twentys reps seemed as intimidated by him as we were and did nothing to help us. Full complaint is being followed up.

We arrived at Seva just after 3am, we were the last drop off point on our coach and when we got there we realised why.. Evryone was dancing by the bar (the reception) and the atmosphere was crazy! We had the idea that this holiday was going to be a good one. Entering our room i think we expected better but we didnt care all that much, as a group of girls we were only in there to sleep and wash! The situation of the hotel was perfect, 5 minute walk from Bar Street and the main nightclubs Starlight and Status were jus around the corner. The nightlife in Kardamena is amazing!. The food at the hotel wasnt particularly nice but there are plenty of realy nice places to go for food to suit your choice. I'm not going to say much about the indoor pool but stay out of there! :S The one downer about the whole holiday was getting ripped off at the end of the week, we had apparently got sheets unwashable which was a joke! ye we got them slightly dirty, they were white! A bit of DAZ they needed! We had paid 50 euros on arrival and we had to pay an extra 19 euros because of the sheets and towels :( Overall the holiday was fabulous and i cant wait to go back again but ill definately take my own sheets and pillow cases!

Went to Seva last October 09 end of season...George, Laurence, Fubu and the gang were very friendly...room was clean and tidy, balcony was a good size...food and drink was expensive, so ate and drank out. Had Hennessy in the bedroom, full english breakfast on the beach, where we stayed most of the day..back to the Seva for a shower and change, drinks in the bar then out for Evening meal followed by cocktails and beer a plenty....call for a Kebab from Tasty Corner on way back to Seva and laugh at all the young drunken 'twentys' having a ball....nightcap with George..then a Brandy in bed.....Nice to hear some music in the morning poolside...its not 5 star....its a bargain...and its what you make it....back in October 2010, end of the season, nice and quiet, just enough going on...a week of chillaxing...love it!!!
