We went on holiday at the beginning of June 2009 and stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is basic, but clean. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the buffet breakfast was fine. There was a variety of foods to pick from, eggs, cheese, toast, beans, mushrooms,... more

We liked the hotel very much. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. As per the Bulgarian standards, it is a four-star quality hotel. It’s situated at the north end of Sunny Beach, just next to Helena Sands. It’s only a wide walking alley that stands between it... more

if you are taking children avoid sunny beach like the plague! prostitutes, sex shops, strip joints, beggars, muggars and theft is what we experienced here. Hotel food was bad, stale bread, no cups or plates, if you were lucky to get some they were usually dirty. All staff... more

Pleasant hotel. Great Beach front location. At the quieter end of Sunny beach, but within easy reach of the lively night life. Went on holiday with husband and 3 - 16 year old boys, who all thought the resort was great fun. Very good value for money. Slightly disappointed... more

This was my first holiday away with my friends. It was excellent. The hotel was very clean as it was cleaned daily. The pool was great, but the only problem was that there were not enough sun beds. The air conditioning in the rooms was good, it worked perfectly. The staff... more

Just arrived back from a week’s holiday, staying in the Fiesta Beach Hotel. I have to give the hotel a 10 out of 10. Very clean, nice room with a great view. The staff were very helpful and always made time for their guests. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast... more

This was our first visit to Bulgaria. Given the recent reports in the press about Sunny Beach I was pleasantly surprised. We were in the centre of the resort at midnight but didn't see any drunkenness, prostitutes or pickpockets. Be prepared to wait at the Airport. We... more

Brill Hotel - Brill Location
We were moved to this hotel as the hotel we booked in Ibeostar had building work goin on. But i am so gald we did - the hotel is just outside the main/busy area right on the front but within a 5 minute walk to get to the main area. We had a suite which had a pool/sea view. The room was a great size - 2 adults 1 child and a baby. the room had a massive glass wall which looked out over the beach along with a balcony. We only ate out at night twice as the food in the hotel is good. We did see a bear but no one takes any notice and they soon move on. The locals are very friendly and love children. Overall a great hotel/location and holdiay and VERY CHEAP!!!!
lovely location
we ended up at the fiesta beach because first choice double booked our room at the meridian. the hotel was overlooking the beach. the room was nice and light and airy and clean. the cleaners did a good job. the food was quite good. you could always get a table, not too busy as they have 2 sittings. they did a nice coffee in the lobby bar.there was a little area on the first floor with books. the beach bar was always busy later on at night and they had some nice cocktails. the hotel never seemed too busy except for the pool area. you had to be up early to get a lounger. all the staff were really nice and helpful. the entertainment was non existent except for a band playing the same music every night. overall i would recommend this hotel.
Fiesta Beach Very good stay
We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Fiesta beach hotel and cannot rate it high enough for the exellent food ,polite and very helpful staff . The vast selction of food each night in the dining room was always very good and fresh. I dont think i have ever stayed at a hotel with such a selection of fresh fruit. The breakfast were also very good with the chef cooking guests omelettes and pancakes to order. Our rooms were cleaned each day and they were bright and cheerful. If I want to be finicky then the only complaint I could find is that the swimming pool was a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of a spring clean. The hotel is situated at the quiet end of sunny beach but it has quick and easy access to all shops etc. We were not disturbed by noise at all. This hotel is perfect for familes and those of a certain age! Proberly not lively enough fo the youger generation. Due to a problem with the hotel of our choice we transferred to the Fiesta beach 3 days into our holiday. How glad we were that we did, the care was far superior than our first hotel (The Chaika Beach)
not for us !
my family and i have just got back from the hotel fiesta beach and would say that although it was by far not the worst we have stayed in,we will not be staying there again. Our first impressions were not good as we entered our room we noticed that there were two single beds and a sofa bed, this may not seem bad but our view was that one of our kids is 13 and that we had to pay a full adult price for him and expected a proper bed for him to sleep in and not to sleep with his 8 year old brother. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as well:also the massive curtains fell to the floor every time you would pull them. we complained about the above to reception and they granted us an upgrade which seemed superb, but basically as we entered our new room we immediatley noticed that there was another sofa bed and that all there was better with this room was it had a very large balcony with a superb sea view,we dropped our bags and just crashed out until the morning.the next day came and once again i spoke to our reception about the bed sitution but they said all there rooms were the same,i said some upgrade then ,all ive got was a bigger balcony ! our only problem with the whole sitution was the sleeping arrangements and that if you are paying a full adult price for a 13 year old he should have a proper bed.We also had ants festering in the carpet ,i could begin to understand that if we were on the ground floor but we were on the fifth floor! oh just going back to the sofa bed thing it kept breaking due to a faulty strengthing bar. There was some good things as well its not all bad,the food quality in our opinion was quite good with a decent amount of choice for everyone and also we felt the location of the hotel was perfect right on the superb beach, basically all said we wont be staying at the fiesta beach again and would recommend somewhere else.
Great hotel
My stay at the hotel was very good the rooms always cleaned nothing to much trouble for the cleaners. The meals very good catered for most people .always a welcome to the dinning room. the bar staff and waiting staff very good reception always willing to help. I would go back to this hotel again And i would recomend it thanks for a great stay
not the best holiday ever
every review on here seems to paint a good picture. i have to say i was not impressed. yes, the room was ok, with a balcony and sea view but to be honest the negatives outweighted the postives. We didn't think very much of the food for a 4 star hotel and ended up eating out a lot. that was until we were served a 'sword of chicken ' skewer and were both very ill as it obviously wasn't cooked enough. so it was back to the boring hotel food. whilst the hotel itself was very clean, i have to say most other places we visited were not. I walked out of a good few toilets due to the state of them. Also regarding this hotel the pool is nowhere near big enough to accomodate the number of guests and they need many more sun loungers by the poolside. it was very disturbing to see people walking a bear around on a lead as if it were a pet as well as the poor children tugging at your skirt begging for money. i guess in a few words i would say, ok hotel, ok resort, nice beach, cheap fake goods to be bought, cheap food, beware of toilets! i dont think ill be back
A great holiday for all
I went to Hotel Fiests Beach for one week with my boyfriend. We had a good welcome by staff as we arrived at 5 in the morning we were glade there was no fuss. Room were very clean. The brochure said there was a hairdryer I the room, not very useful as it’s a wall unit so I would defiantly take your own. Food in the hotel was good nothing to Wright home about but plenty of chose. The Bulgarian night in the hotel was good and it was nice to try local foods. The pool bar was the most expensive place we drank, drinks cost more than inside the hotel so I would give it a miss. The location of the hotel was really good, you are out side the main resort but I think this was an advantage. We went on a jeep ride up in the mountings one day and I would say it’s a must. Bulgaria is a lovely country and I would defiantly recommend it. Be a wear that as it is not part of the EU this dose mean we seen a pet Bear, monkey and snacks being walked around most evening, but you were not pestered by the locals.
Lovely Hotel/Resort and Country
Had a family holiday with daughter and husband, daughter number 2 ,My wife and my mother, ages ranging from 21 -70. Apart from the delay at Gatwick the Hotel was excellent, room was very good with en suite airconditioning and fridge/mini bar. The food was really good something for everyone. The staff were excellent, polite and their English was good. Sunny beach is a lovely resort especially the location of this Hotel as it is at the quiet part. Shops, trips out and everything was cheap. The pool is cold all the time but i would suggest you jump straight in and after a couple of minutes the water is great. Over all an exceptionally cheap, nice holiday in a lovely hotel and resort. Highly recommended before it has the EURO although the locals do not see prices escallating. A big thanks to all the staff.
great time had by all
just returned from the fiesta beach hotel bulgaria. There was four adults and two children and we all had a great time. Hotel was clean and tidy. We had a couple of problems with our room, but they were sorted out within an hour. Food was ok not great but we got by. The main problem we had was when my son fell by the pool and knocked himself out. I was very grateful for the help i got from the doctor on site, but if you do happen to have an accident and need hospital treatment please make sure you use the private hospital not the state hospital. We felt they were very unhelpful we walked out in the end. Staff at hotel were friendly and we are already looking to book for next year.
loved fiesta hotel
What a holiday!!!!! We have just returned from two weeks at hotel Fiesta half board, the hotel was excellent, the room we had was a suite with a sea veiw ( a must have ) the room was big enough for the 4 of us, with a impressive veiw of the coast line from a huge window. The room was cleaned every day, and cleaned very well with a ample suply of clean towels. Breakfast was a huge selection of bread, cheese, ham, cerals, fruit, bacon eggs, sausages etc, and at dinner we had the choice of salads, or a hot meal which included typical bulgarian food, the waiters and waitress where pleasant, cheerful, and helpful bringing us drinks and clearing our plates as soon as they became empty. Overall the food was tasty and plentiful, but note bulgarian's don't serve their food pipeing hot, so at times the food was cold. The staff in the hotel where also very helpful and pleasent. The pool was lovely, but it was the beach where we spent our days, we where blessed with tempertures in the 40's it was great, the sea being very child friendly, there where ample sun beds, and even on the beach the bulgarian's made sure you where happy supplying us with drinks all day long, so we did'nt even have to leave our sun beds!! There was evening entertaiment in the hotel in the form of singing, but most nights we walked down the promenade, this was lined with little shops and bars. Our children aged 11 and 8 loved the water park which is 10 mins away from the hotel, Khans tent was another excursion this was a evening meal and entertaiment, a very good night out but note the bulgarian brandy is VERY stroung and leaves you with a wicked headache lol, but the trip we enjoyed the most was the lazy day cruise, the staff where fantastic they went out of there way to make sure you enjoyed the day. We loved this hotel and resort and would highly recommend it to familys and couples, but take note in your hotel room any damage caused by you, you will be charged for, our children had henna tattos done, and it stained the sheets we foot the bill for replacing those sheets on the last day of our holiday, but this was a small bill to pay for a truely excellant holiday!!
