Econo Lodge Hotel, Costa Mesa
Located less than three miles to South Coast Plaza and John Wayne Airport. Only four miles to the beach. Disneyland is just ten miles away. Renovated, June 1998. A refrigerator and hair dryer is in every room. Orange County’s gateway airport in Santa Ana serves major domestic carriers, making travel convenient and easy for those headed to nearby Disneyland Resort, Knott’s Berry Farm, and the local beach areas. Ground transportation and car rentals are readily available. Bower’s Museum of Cultural Art and other museums are within Santa Ana.

This was easily the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Very dirty, noisy and bugs. It's really a teen and young 20s party motel with thin walls. The bathroom had ants, the nightstand was sticky and more ants, the carpet was sticky and kind of moist. After sitting on the bed I had pet hair on me and saw a few fleas. I don't know if they allow pets or if someone snuck one in. $90.00 a night - just not worth it at all.
