Incredible what a truly amassing hotel. ile start with the positives and negatives.
Negs - First day we arrived the hotel stank of sewage. the rooms didn’t but when u opened the door it reeked. apparently the distilment plant fumes blew over for a few hours but the smell was gone in a few hours. 2 - There’s a certain bar staff member with loads of piercing who was a crappy slow server and seemed to serve every Spanish person there b4 the English that got me RELLY pissed at one point. Also he smokes all the time and I got some ask on my burger so I complained and he apologised which was good. Still kept smoking every 2 seconds tho. 3 - We arrived with some sensible people. all out to have a gr8 time but not to be idiots. the last 2 days we were there some chavs arrived n they were jumping in the pool drunk out there head nicked in the middle of the night causing all sorts or probs. And lastly we had a power cut last day but the staff were gr8 getting torches and candles out still serving till the dead of night witch was brill. OK that’s all the negs for u. not many at all which was gr8.
Posses 1 - The food was BRILL! so good we hardly ate out! it was cheap and scrumptious compared to the san Antonio restraunts. this hotel charged 3euro for a burger its double in town and not as nice at all.
2 - cleaners came every 3 days which was gr8. they made the tip heaps of our rooms into a palace so they were gr8!
3 - Hotel was always clean and tidy, pool was brilliant and the shop from over the road was brill for essentials like cheap cold water and sun tan oil.
4 - you don’t need aircon trust me! it was hot but bearable and to save £50 just for this extra was worth it. more cash for beer rly.
5 - town is like a 10 - 15min walk away witch is a nice strole. crazy golf near by a quad rental place ide recommend to anyone and a dam good beach down that same road to town aswell.
This hotel was so immaculate ide recommend it to anyone to go again! truly brilliant place, food, rooms, staff, location, price. and ile surely be there next year.

The hotel itself was very basic but it did suit me and my friend as we were hardly ever in it! the very few times we went down to breakfast it was laffable as it was basically a bread bun and a slice of cheese but we didn't even care. The pool area is good with music and cheap drinks. There is even a shop on the corner which comes in handy when your in need!! Overall this hotel is great if you are going on a clubbing holiday as it is a short walk away from the town and well known with taxi drivers etc

this hotel is by far the best if you wanna have a good atmosphere and crak round the pool! the bar is really cheap 10 euros for ltr jug of diffrent cocktails its well worth the 10 min walk into the west end to stay here!
the rooms are not air conditioned thats the only fault with this place but if your anything like me your never in them anyway! the bar staff are really friendly and so are the reps not too pushy like 18-30 has that reputation sometimes!
just rebooked for june/july 2008 loved it that much! sesh on!

Well where can I start with the Apolo. LOVE LOVE LOVED this hotel. Rooms are basic but what more can you expect if your looking for a club18-30 holiday in Ibiza.
The staff were FANTASTIC the food was GREAT the drinks were a good price as well. The pool was good and the atmosphere during the day was Amazing. The music is loud and everyone was talking to each other, get drunk and haven a good time.
The only thing is the reps need to smile more and you have to walk like 10min to the west end but shouldn't bother you if you have been drinking by the pool all day lol and its hot.
Overall loved this hotel ideal for a groups and couple just wamna have fun and who are not to fussy. Loved it that much av just booked up for next year again. lol

Me and my friends wanted a cheap holiday away and this was the cheapest we could find. We were really dreading it, as there was no air-conditioning and I had read some awful reviews.
But I can honestly say I cannot fault the hotel at all. The rooms were an ok size, the pool was really nice and big, the bar had a good selection of food, the drinks were very cheap (A pint of vodka & Red bull for 6.50E) and the staff were really really friendly.
The pool had a great atmosphere, with lots of funky music and always people around it having a good time!
The hotel itself was about a 15 minute walk to the west end but a taxi ride only cost 6 euros, and there were 4 of us so it was a right bargain. But sometimes it was nice walking down to the main centre, as you can join the beach after a 5 minute stroll and walk along the beach past Bar M, Bay bar etc.
Quite frankly it was nice to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the party goers, after a heavy night out.
For a cheap holiday I would definitely recommended hotel Apolo, as it was clean and a fun atmosphere. No complaints from me!!!!!

Great hotel which is surprising since its Ibiza and an 18-30's hotel. No fridge because its bed & breakfast and no air-con but you can hire a fan for 18 euro.
Staff are lovely and there is minimal noise at night since security is out with the flashlight telling everyone to keep it down.
Great bar staff. Has pool table and 2 pools.
Only downside we saw when we were there was the 15 min walk from the west end but at 4 euro a taxi, its worth it since its a nice place to crash.
My god, what an amazing hotel....

My god, what an amazing hotel. If you have seen Fawlty towers and enjoyed it's novel charms, then this is the place for you - just kidding!
Like the others, we didn't really rate this hotel at all, but at the end of the day it's cheap and cheerful and it's not too far from the west end bars etc. The best bit was the guy who cooks you a breakfast in the morning with a fag in his gob - classic! You'd never get that kind of job satisfaction in this country!

We had a cracking time at the Apolo hotel. Escabar on the reception was always around to tell you to turn your music down.
Rooms were very basic and no ceiling fan or air con. The breakfast is legendary! Jambon Roll (bread roll, ham, & cheese). We chose breakfast over fridge when selecting accommodation, a big mistake!
It did take us 20mins to walk home every morning but it sobered us up most of the time. It wasn’t very noisy though as Escabar stopped music being played and it was miles from any pubs/clubs.
Toben`s across the road did fine dining with its renowned speciality Toben`s Omelette, a good way to start the day! (joking).
Would only recommend the value of this hotel, if you’re up for roughing it and you aren’t too bothered over the walk into town, then its ok.

I decided to write a review for Hotel Apolo as I couldn’t find anything about this hotel before I went to Ibiza.
Firstly, its an 18-30's hotel and therefore very basic. Rooms had 2 single beds, wardrobe big enough for yours and friends clothes, and a bathroom. The room was clean but maids only visit twice a week. Another disadvantage which only came to light when we were getting ready was that the room only had 1 plug:o so my friend and I had to take it in turns to dry and straighten our hair.
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and were always there to greet you after a night out on west end. On arrival deposits for rooms are not required but you do have to pay for Safety deposit boxes! (27 euro I think).
Location of hotel is a negative aspect. After being on the west end at night, my friend and I did get tired of walking home every night - approx 15mins. Plus i would not recommend walking back just with 1 friend. Two girls walking alone was very scary but fortunately we didn’t experience any bother. Taxi costs approx 6 euros to west end from hotel.
We never made breakfast but were told that it was bread rolls with cheese and ham. We just bought cereal from shop and milk every morning! Lol! I had an enjoyable holiday and staff at the hotel made it a nice stay. However, I think its the location of the hotel that becomes very annoying!
If you need to change travelers cheques, I wouldn’t use the hotel. They took 5% commission and so I went to a hotel near the egg. You will see the egg in the San Antonio town and the hotel is very close to that (can’t remember its name but you will see it! Disco something?) They only took 2%. Just useful information for you so you don’t lose more euros than you need to!
