Charming villa built in traditional Mallorcan stone situated nestled into the hillside set back off the road near the charming old town of Pollenca 900m. A superb house with commanding views. Not suitable for young or elders due to the fact house and garden are on different levels joined by a number of steps. House is built on gentle slopes at the foot of the Puig de Maria. The terraced gardens add interest to the Villa, with nice views of mountains beyond. House itself is built on three levels and is decoratively equipped with furnishings of good quality and hand embroided items.

A beautiful villa and location but seriously spoiled by bad services. This villa at the time we went cost £1695.00 per week, we did expect it to be cleaned at least twice a week with plenty of clean towels. This is actually a villa for 10 people, that would have been really cramped. Some of the bedroom furniture couldn't be used i.e. wardrobe with no hanging rail, drawers that were damp.
Apparently this is not damp but humidity! Anyway the villa was actually cleaned only once on the middle Saturday of the whole fortnight, towels were in short supply, because of the "humidity" the towels did not dry inside the villa so had to be dried outside every day. There were two dogs tied up in a pen behind the villa also a cat lived there. Sealand terms and conditions state: no pets allowed on any of our properties, this obviously only applies to guests not owners!
There were ants everywhere, food really could not be prepared on the work tops because they were crawling with them, we feel that had the villa been cleaned we would not have had such problems. We wiped everything down and swept the floors ourselves, should we really have had to do this when surely we had paid enough to Sealand for this basic service.
We couldn't possibly recommend this villa or company to anyone, Sealand reps were informed of all I have said but nothing was done.
