why does nobody like this place it was like a heaven to me. the pools, caffatiria, rooms and reception was all clean and tidy. 3 cleaners came to your room everyday and tidyed it top to bottom.

me my husband and friends went in sept 2005 and then in sept 2006 it was brilliant the beach is amazing we swam with jellyfish which do not sting you we are going to book up again in august 2011 i was abit nerves about the comment of getting charged for towels that had gone missing but we are still going because it has been the best holiday we have every been to the water world wasn't there the first time second there it was great but you have to pay for the sun beds bus ride to sunny besch is cheap and it was a good experence food is good too don't believe all the bad things go and see for your self people are all different with different opions

the resort had everything you needed even there own water park, restuarant and even a beach. i dont know how people could disagree on elinite. people who complained probably didnt know that they could use all of the elinite hotels/villas. ime going back next year cant wait. the hot dogs were ausome lol xxx

I went to elinite in 2009 the royal park,royal bay and the villas are fabulous.I really dont know what some people want from a holiday after reading some reviews im gobsmacked that anyone can have any complaint from this place iv just booked it again for july and cant wait to go back everything about it is fantastic, if you havnt got the money to go then ge saving and booking you really dont know what your missing.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in the Royal Park Hotel and as like all of our other 2 stays in the resort had an absolutely amazing time.
Staff were always very courteous and worked extremely hard. The entertainment prog both during the day and in the evening were excellent. Special mention must go to Bojko who is an absolutely amazing animator...he kept us entertained with his version of French bowls and darts every day!!
The room itself was huge we stayed in room 612 a family room and it didnt disappoint, maybe just the smell from the restaurant let it down a little.
The cleaners on the resort work tirelessly day in day out and it is spotless.
The only downside would be the lifts only 4 small lifts to cover a huge hotel and sometimes you could stand for 15mins while it passed your level several times without stopping.
We had taken a group of famuily friends to the resort who also thoroughly enjoyed it!!
Overall a fantasitc hol we are booked to go back in sept and next July.

Just got back from a week at this hotel, dont beleive all that has been previously written, food was as expected plenty of choice maybe not to all western tastes but plenty of it, always cleaning around the complex,some bar staff not as efficient as they could be but this is due to inexperience and not ignorance.
We stayed in room 780 this was a super room with a large balcolny overlooking the pool and the beach the staff cleaned the room daily.
We actually travelled with olympic holidays the rep was excellent turned up on time and was always prepared to stop and chat.
Not many brits at this hotel mainly eastern europeans but we didnt find this a problem.
SOME BRITS REALLY SHOWED THEMSELVES UP BY THEIR LANGUAGE AND BEHAVIOUR so perhaps a lack of brits was a good thing, little things like saying please and thankyou worked well with the staff especially the lads in the pool bar

Dont b fooled by the photos of the hotel it looks good but thats the only good thing about this hotel.This was the worst holiday we have ever had. the food was awful same stuff every day not choice no cutlery no hygene. room was ok but sofa bed rock. nothing 2 do, SO far away from everything. Every one was ill. Toilets filthy. staff rude unless u tipping them.Never so glad 2 get home. please listen 2 the reviews dont go

Me and my wife loved the hotel.

looking forward to my holiday at royal park arrived around 5am first impression of hotel looked lovely all lit up after a long wait checking in finally got shown to our room horrid smell in room carpets on the floor stale smell yuk,
food disgusting:p hardly ate a thing in fortnight my daughter lived on crisps because of the minging food complained to the reps ,didnt want to know power cuts all the time it was so bad people stuck in lift's for 2hours we could not see our way to our room it was a disaster we could not see a thing the power cut was on for a day turned on and off all the time.weather was great
beach was lovely, entertainment garbage staff at reception not friendly water park good went in to sunny beach quite scary glad to get back to my room people fighting at sunny beach glad when time was up to come home would never go back even if i didnt have to pay for it

visited royal park in june/july 2008 with my mum, dad and brother. i will first start with the good points, not that there is many! when arriving at about 12.30 in the morning, the first impressions of the hotel where very high. after getting checked in our bags were taken to our rooms which to be honest were the best places to be during your stay. also the hotel itself is a brilliant building, very fancy with brill views of the beach and other areas. that is the end of good points, next the bad!
the badness started on the first morning at breakfast time (the only morning we had breakfast). the restaruant is set out very badly and can be very hard to get a table. next we went to the "welcome meeting" which was a joke as the reps were like watching the chuckle brothers, actually they would probably do a better job. then the meal at night for the first night to be honest wasnt to bad probably just getting used to it! from now to the end was nothing but pure dire. at meals there is massive lines to get food and getting a table is just as bad. everything is fried in oil then reheated and put back out. the barmen are slow and most of cutlery is chipped. during our stay my mum was very ill due to the stinking food. there is nothing round about the hotel no shops or pubs, just the socalled "pub" in the hotel which isnt even irish. also the tv in the room has nothing but bulgarian tv and only BBC news in english which repeats every ten minutes. the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and dont even try to walk to sunny beach. the bus service is useless and most of the taxi drivers are arrogant and will always try to rip you off. the hotel is like being in a prison with guards outside the huge walls and gates. there is also problem of the maids opening your door when trying to have a long lie in the morning, they just open the door and expect that no one is there. also the only thing seperating our balcony from the other was a silly wee fence so remember to lock your balcony door.
please really think before booking this hotel as i promise it will be a disaster!
however you must visit the water park in sunny beach, the only good thing about the holiday apart from the plane touching down in britain!!
