We stayed here just before Easter and have had one of the best holiday experiences ever. We are a couple and booked an all inclusive holiday.
The service we received was above and beyond what we expected, special mention must go to the reception staff who looked after us on arrival and through to our departure and the waiters in the restaurant who made every mealtime a pleasure.
The variety of food was excellent, the staff in the majority of cases are friendly and very helpful and cannot do enough for you.
We would definitely come again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Thank you Hassan and Abdula

Myself and husband went for what we thought a lovely two weeks break to relax and re-charge our batteries. What a lovely dream that was, as we had a holiday from hell!
When we arrived we was unable to get a snack as they had already closed, so all though we were all inclusive we had to go and eat out. We then found out there was no air conditioning which when questioned found out it was actually turned off due to the temperature being cool even though it was in the 30's. Eventually got air conditioning after 8 sleepless nights and it was on only in bedroom for a period of time in the evening.
I have never been on holiday before and have seen so many people ill with stomach bugs which didn’t seem to ever stop. The food was cold, uncooked, cross contamination of foods was immense especially on the barbeque, the two ala carte restaurants was never opened. Cleanliness well, where to start? Linen, drapes, towels, furniture all dirty and very worn, staff abrupt and rude. On the main desk when changing money you were always short changed due to supposedly running out of change.
Pool beds and areas dirty, my husband and myself ended up eating out after the second day due to us being ill from the food. We ended up spending a fortune even though we were meant to be all inclusive, and our first choice rep was not helpful at all and quite dismissive.
If you are thinking of going there we would advise you not to, meant to be a 4 star hotel more like a 2. There was work being carried out outside the hotel foyer - digging and welding until late in the evening 11pm.

Oh dear, where to start....
Well on arrival with my 2 children bearing in mind I booked this last August and requested a high floor, you guessed it, ground floor. Didn't want to move me but I did get quite stroppy and they moved me to floor 2.
All inclusive guests were 2nd rate unless you tipped them which defeats the object of going AI. Breakfast - no cups. Lunch - no plates. Dinner - no plates or glasses. What a carry on.
Everybody wanted to move hotels but I wasn't prepared to pay another £150 to move. The hotel itself was clean and the bar staff were very friendly but most of the other staff were so miserable, I know they work long hours but even so.
The food there was very bland but edible but they were forever running out and you had to wait ages so by the time you sat down everything else on your plate was freezing.
After the first day we met some great people and the holiday was ok then but not cause of the hotel.
Word of warning; don’t buy new bikinis they all turn green in the pool. My son looked like the incredible hulk after he had been in the pool, it was awful. All my daughters and my bikinis are now ruined and the hotel even washed my daughters and it still came back green. And don’t have highlights in your hair although we did used to laugh at women's hair that had gone green in the pool.
The hotel itself was situated in a great area close to shops, restaurants etc. Glass around the pool as well, they should have plastic cups especially where kids are, oh and the kids used to get shouted at for jumping in the pool because the French didn’t like it, Boo Hoo so I used to jump in then with them just to annoy them even more... as you do...
All in all I would never go back to that hotel and its probably put me off Morocco, so next year I’m off to Egypt...
Hope you find this review helpful, if I think of anything else to write will do so on another review.

After reading various reviews on various websites I didn't know what to expect, but me and my partner (aged 20 & 22) was prepared to go there with an open mind and make our own minds up.
Eating:
I would not recommend all-inclusive at this resort, as the food was bland and not much choice apart from bbq fish and chicken with salads to fill you up. On most occasions when me and my partner went to get a drink they would tell us they had no glasses, which meant we didn’t get a drink or they will tell you to go and find a dirty one!!! Also the snack bars and even the main eating area tended to shut up about half an hour early, so we sometimes missed out on food completely.
Staff:
The staff were not very helpful and sometimes quite rude.
Agadir:
There is allot of begging and annoying shop owners. It is quite easy to ignore these people but I would rather not have the hassle in the first place.
I would rate this hotel as a 3* not a 4* or 5* which you may come across in other reviews.

Wow, what a brilliant holiday!! Well worth the money that we paid.
The food was good, the staff great and the rooms brilliant. Our room had a TV with English film channels, Fridge and was in general great.
I can't say how much we enjoyed it. We went in early may and though it was cloudy on 2 days it was still hot, 34 degrees normally. The hotel gardens were beautiful, and the pool was just warm enough.
Make sure you go and see Chicco located at the main road by the gate to the beach (by the little hut) for all your excursions, they are half the price of the Thompson ones and fully insured. We really enjoyed the Quad biking.
They take professional photos b the garden entrance on bottom floor and they are well worth the few pounds you pay for them.
If you are thinking of this hotel all I can say is go for it, you won't regret it!
Morocco is an amazing place to visit, just remember to haggle, we found it even worked in fixed price shops!

This is a fabulous holiday for any would be explorer, who likes a taste of something different and spicier!
Must see and do’s include; A visit to the local Souk, or market. Here you can buy any kind of fruit, spice or oils that you can ever want, at only a fraction of the price that it would cost at home. This is an overwhelming experience for both the eye and your sense of smell, but don’t forget to barter as this is the countries national sport and is all done with a sense of humour, over a glass of mint tea.
Another recommended trip, is what the locals call; Little Sahara. For about thirty pounds, the tour operators will take you on a full day excursion. You will start off with a visit to a local Moroccan market, with your own personal driver and an English speaking guide, being driven around in a 4x4 jeep. You will be taken to the edge of the Sahara, where you will meet snake charmers, take a rest in an actual oasis in the desert and have lunch with the native Bedouin people, as a guest in one of their houses.
On the way back you will pass through a wild bird sanctuary, where colourful flamingo flocks migrate south, before moving on to, Silver City, renowned for its artisans and quality of jewelry. Finally, you will return exhausted, but thoroughly exhilarated by your experience. Go ahead, be adventurous and above all, enjoy Morocco!
