" We stayed for two nights in Santorini... "

We stayed for two nights in Santorini in a lovely town called Oia. The little narrow streets gave a romantic feel to this already stunning island.

Both nights we watched the sun set from a cocktail bar set by an old windmill, one of the most breathtaking scenes. This is the first time I have heard sun the get a standing ovation for going down. After this we took the boat to a small island called Anti Paros to stay with a Greek family.

We stayed at the sleepy side of this tiny island and were well looked after both with homemade food and hospitality. For a quiet holiday this is the perfect place, unspoiled and naturally beautiful. On our recommendation two of our friends went there on honeymoon this year and loved it. This is a great tonic for a busy lifestyle.
