Ladik Park Hotel

This has to be one of the cleanest,most friendly and welcoming hotels we have been to.Some other reviews totally downgrade this hotel for undue reasons, it is a 3star and totally underated!The hotel is not in the centre of Marmaris but have buses around the corner from the hotel that run every 10minutes or so to take you there and back. Even though it is 5minutes away from Marmaris there is plenty to do around that area with many restaurants etc... The hotel is very accomodating and any thing you need, the staf will do their very best. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and really made our holiday!We are certainly looking to booking next year, thankyou to everyone at Ladik park.

The Ladik Park was Clean The staff were friendly and for a 3 Star hotel it was comfortable. The Buses were good and parked just outside the hotel every 5 mins although
we did walk to the beach sometimes. Lots to see and do and when booking trips ge many quotes before booking any trip to get the best price. At night we sat by the pool bar and had a good fun evening with the guests and all the staff were joining in the good atmosphere and having a good laugh. I will think about another holiday in the Ladik Park.
It Would be nice to have a kettle and Tea and coffee in your room throughout the stay.

We have just returned from Ladik Park. I didn't want to come back! With warning reviews we wereexpecxting some hellish dive. We were very pleasantly suprised. Like others have said it is a standard 3* - nothing special but not below standard either. the Cockeral was a pain the first day but then with any outside noise it soon doesnt bother you. I found the staff lovely. They really made an effort. Yeah boys willbe boys and they loved the ladies - but I didn't witness or hear of any women hostility. I was with my boyfriend who they were also lovely too. They made us feel very welcome and I definitely want to go back! They asked us (not forced) nicely if we wanted to eat with them first & second night, we declined - end of. No more asking or pushiness.
The people staying at the hotel were awsome as well, had a thoroughly great time!!

i read all the reviews that i could find before i went and truthfully i was scared thinking omg im going to a hell hole.. i went with my daughter who is twenty and another femail friend ..yes the men tried it on ..but truthfully when do men not lol it does not matter what country you go to if it is offered then of course they will take it But if you make it known that your not up for that they leave you alone (thomas is 24 jack a littel older ) how meny boys of that age dont try it on lol
the hotel was clean..the pool was clean staff friendly i was made welcome they all made an effort to try and talk english (we made the effort to try and talk turkish)we paid for the air conditioning and safe ..they are not free in most hotels round the world why should they be here as for it being a 3* hotel it is each country has its own star system so if your expecting a hotel like the dorchester and its like then pay the dorchester prices lol this is a cheep and chearfull holiday that dont cost for one week what it would cost for a night in the dorchester (including airfairs )
as for hearing the cockrils ...occasionally you do but they are not part of the hotel they belong to someone down the road so what can the hotel do about them?
we paid on a daily baises for our food and drink it was put on a tab till the end of the night but when we first got there we paid straight away as we had read the reviews and no one minded how or when we paid. (they do not accept plastic )
a turkish breakfast was included in the price but you could buy a full english breakfast it is not that expencive you get 25 turkish liera for 10 pounds and a breakfast cost about 7 turkish liera (so the ones that are moaning are being cheep lol)yes we was asked when leaving where we was going ...but as soon as we said the boys then told us the best places to go for what we wanted and where to get the cheepest prices and how to get there .(and they dont mind being thrown in the pool 6 times a day by everyone )
would i go to ladik park hotel again ...yes just as soon as i can
would i take my daughter with me again...yes ...(but hopefully she will go on holiday with her friends and i can have some freedom lol)
it is your choice to go or not but all i can say is we had a good time

i booked my holiday and after i read the reviews i was dreading the holiday and some of the reviews were very bad!! on arrival we were made welcome by all the staff were friendly and approcaable when you needed something. All staff were lovely and we had a good laugh thomas, chicko, ronaldo.....!! rooms were cleaned everyday and bed sheets were changed daily. the only thing i can say was the manger he was miserable all the time he has not manners or conversational skills!! we had a good stay at ladik park would go there again. also made some lovely friends there!!!

after reading reviews about this hotel we were concerned, but we needn't have worried. the hotel was very clean and yes it is basic but that is why it is a three star. The staff were always friendly and yes they want you to stay to eat and drink at the hotel but that is what turkey is like, but when we did go out they always wished us a good evening. The bus to take you to the front was less than 100 yards from the hotel but we did walk it a couple of times. As far as no food and drink allowed in the hotel, in this country you are not allowed to take food and drink to your rooms so why should turkey be any different. During the day sometimes the staff did carry on, but that was only if you were game a lot of children were splashing them and trying to get them into the pool not the other way round. We had our 17 year old son with us and one day he was poorly and all the staff asked after him and the next day when he was up and about the staff all asked him how he was. We had a great holday and would certainly go back to the ladik park.

they no its a hell hole the waiters and staff only want sex and drinks me and my friend went there for a week the rooms were ok the cockralls start at 5 and dont shut up but at least i was in my bed having more piece then you get when you go down to the pool they like you to stay there drink and eat and put it on your tab they dont like you paying cash when you buy the drink dont bring your kids or daughters here when you can escape took us two days your only piece is to go to the beach you dont get so harrassed down there if you go to the shops dont look because you will get dragged and buy some thing which is cheaper down the road im now wanting another holiday because this one tired me out you pay 30 english pounds for air con and 12 for a safe changes to what suits them at the time or how much they can push it theres loads more but whats the point belive it or not its your holiday its my first and last here im off to cyprus again

I went to Ladik Park for two weeks in June 2008. I was a bit dubious about staying here as we were booked to go somewhere else, but got changed to the Ladik Park a few days before we were due to go, so we did not know anything about the hotel.
When we got there we were not dissapointed.
We were greeted by Big Mehmet, and he was very friendly and sorted our rooms out quickly. I had no problems with the room, it is what you would expect from a 3 star.
I found the hotel and pool very clean. The food was ok, although the breakfast was simple, but thats what you get for a Turkish breakfast.
We got talking to the waiters from day one. And I have been to Turkey 7 time before, and I know what they're like and how they can hassle people, but I did not feel that they were hassling us all the time. I went with my friends, and me and my friend chose to spend time away from the hotel. Occasionally we were asked by Jack where we were going and why, but we explained to him and he understood.
I think that the hotel is situated in a good area, as it is quiet and peaceful, but it is only 10mins away from the centre, on the locak dolmus.
Me and my friends had a wonderful time and did not want to leave and we would go back and visit again.
I would reccomend to people that they go to Ladik Park but eveyones got their own opinion.

i stayed in the laidk park hotel hada great holiday... ple certainly made it 4 me(tomas)
u didnt have to stay in the hotel if u didnt want to but i decided to stay as ther was better intertainment ther... but wen i did, it certainly made up for it wen i came back didnt it tomas.
most off the waiters were fit and friendly.. tomas was my fav althought my friend got it on with jack.... one of his many names
food was good pool was rather small although was gd fun gettin to through the waiters in and having a laugh with them.
late night dancing on the bar.. full monty was great even tho thers not much to write home abot in the turkish package (menstion no name)
rooms were basic but i certainly made the most of them.. beds wernt great but a lil hard only bad thing was there was no tv which could have been done with
hot water was a bit dodgy only got it wen u didnt need it but was usfull at 2/3 in the morning was big enough 4 2.
cant wait to come back and c use all again hope u will b there tomas myb make my holiday better than the last
