Sincerity Apartments

i stayed at sincerity for 1 week and thought it was amazing the staff were friendly especialy musti, mustafah, sam, albert and ahmed. albert the owner swore a bit but overall was extremely friendly and would help you with any problems. musti the entertainer made evenings there great fun and the bbq night was hillarious. mustafah and ahmed were training there but were great and funny they made staying there a joy. sam the manager was very friendly and was a very intresting person.
over all everything was great but rooms a bit basic but thats what you get when self catering, staff amazingly friendly and deserve a gold medal for the hours they put in. that is why i give sincerity apartmaents 10/10 stars.

I arrived at about 3:30am at sincerity only to find out i had been put on 4th floor with no elevator, rather stupid when you have a 4 month baby with a buggy! I had asked for a cot but i would rather him sleep with us than in that thing it look like a prison cell! Did not offer to put us on lower floor so everyday me and my husband had to lift the buggy up 4 flights of stairs. Baring in mind on the site it says accessible for disabled, there is a slope outside reception that is steeper than mount everest! One of the waiters knocked a plug socket off on first night. Music played till middle of morning. Hardly any decent sunbeds it all shaded from hotel. Rubbish food. We cooked our self in the apartment. £60 for aircon and didnt want to give doscount for the baby even though ben messed around. The boss Albert (alfie) was smoking weed in the empty rooms that had guests in the next day which i was disgusted by. Its about 30 mins walk from beach. our shower kept overflowing all over the floor. Although there is only one maid for the whole hotel she does a good job. Most of the bar staff are ok. Did not like the boss i found him very rude. Pool was very clean but very cold. But met some nice people there. I dont think i will be returning there.

Was there in March holiday staff very good would good back in a second. Food and drink good.

just came back from a 2 week chillout at the sincerety,quite concerned after the reviews i read but all in all had a great time. the staff are so helpful no hassle off them in fact they are quite happy to sit and have a chat or a game of pool with you.rooms basic but if you want 5star then you got to pay for it. food excellent mustafa the chef go to many lenghs to give you just what you want, full english 5lira well worth it.did not eat here everynight also went to the apex restaraunt is a 10 min walk to the crossroads on the left promise you will have a great night with eddy. done some excursions(turkish baths,dalyan,lazyday cruise,)also done jeep safari not very good waste of money but the rest were great. albert,jim,jake,mustafa,sammy,ollie, great guys cant wait to go back in oct.

Hi all we have stayed at Sincerity 3 times now, we are retired people, and love the area no hustle and bustle, the food was first class we do not eat there all the time, the chef is A1. The staff are good but one or two of them are very imuture, yes there was a few problems with maintainenc any problemes we had were rectified, if you want the Ritz you will have to pay Ritz prices
we see you all next May

Just got back,last minute holiday was a bit worried about apartment.got there 7 at night helped from the coach to our room which we were impressed with.it was clean and tidy and had everything in it we needed the air con was ace.the cooking equipment was basic but i personally go on holiday not to cook but if i had wanted to i could have managed.the staff were very nice and helpful.friendly and looked after us.we were asked if we wanted any trips or barbys but we were not pushed into anything and we were treated the same.the food was good and we ate at the apartmrnts a few times.we were quite away from the beach but that was not a problem as the dolmus stopped right outside.albert,adam,jason,alex and hassan were a great laugh,some of the reveiws i read sounded like somewhere else pleased to say me and my two daughters had a great time at the sincerity.

We arrived at the apartments at 7 o'clock after a 4.30am start from Glasgow, only to be told that our room wasn't ready. We had to wait for 2 hours to put our cases in and get settled.We had a meal which was very nice, but then the bar staff started to pressure us to go to their barbeque, boat trips etc before we had even unpacked.
Went to the supermarket next door the following morning to buy food etc as we were self catering. When we got back to the apartments we found that most of the food we bought would be no good as the cooking facilities were pathetic. We did expect the basic but one large soup pot, one teaspoon, No frying pan or toaster how the hell can we cook with that!!!
The most disturbing thing for us was the fact that we had no hot water at all. For the 14 nights we were there I had 2 luke warm showers the rest were freezing.The shower door fell off, so the maid took it away and did'nt replace it so as a result the water went all over the floor. The bathroom was filthy to say the least, covered in black mould. We only complained about the water and spent the rest of our holiday out of the apartments.
We have been to Turkey 4 times now and always had a great time, but I must say this has been the worst hotel I have stayed in. We will be back to Turkey but NOT to Sincerity.

Basically as title reads, arrived in evening with no help with baggage, and no advise on having to pay for air-con. Unaware of RULES, next day went to pool, where stuggled to get sun loungers as pool area holded about 13 at most! Took food and drink to keep us going, where we were told that wasn't aloud, even in a self catering apartment! Rooms got cleaned every 4 days, by the maid with big dirty feet, even after rooms were cleaned, floor was still filthy and so was bathroom towels, rooms were very basic, with just a kettle and a hob!, no tv, toaster or microwave, and you had to buy your own toilet paper!. The balcony was too hot to sit on due to where air-con was positioned! Locks on front and balcony door were dodgy and easy to get into.
Evenings were drownded by loud music coming from the bar, religiously playing boyzone and lady in red at the same time every evening!. Had to avoid being pestered into their bar and restaurant every evening by catching the local bus past the hotel.
Was a bit far away from the main strip of shops and bars, especially for children, bus was regular thankfully.
Would not be paid to stay in the accomodation again. Every day we attempted to get away from the hotel. Day trips such as Mud Baths and Jeep safari were brilliant. Swimming with dolphins was a brilliant experiance however prices, but better for being away from the hotel in the day.
Avoid letting them putting drinks and food on the room bill, as it's easy for them to charge you too much. PAY AS YOU GO to avoid being scammed!
1/10 for nice english breakfast at 5 lira, down the road at sarah's bar is 4 lira with very nice staff that dont pester or talk to you to deaf avoiding indigestion.

Firstly, a self-catering apartment where no food aloud unless bought from hotel bar/kitchen!!, Perverts!, Electricity went off 3 times in one day!, Fridge rubbish, kettle rubbish and 1 working hob!, Pool area had sunlight until about 2.30pm. Hardly any sunbeds so had to wake at 4.30/5am to get one! pester pester pester for stupid Barbecue and money had to be paid up front but then cancelled 3 times, rather gone to nice bar/restaurant in centre and paid 80 lira for 2 mains 2 starters, 2 deserts and 2 large jugs of sangria, and watch, michael jackson, tina turner, blues bro's, robocop, mummie's, and breakdancers and have little dance sessions for kiddies in between than pay 50 lira at hotel for just food at an amazing barbecue!!!!!
Door/lock broke!!!
1/10 being because we met an amazing family, therefore had a great time with them! company off family was brilliant. First of many rubbish reviews on the worst place in marmaris!

Stayed at Sincerity apartments and can say that i would go back tomorrow without a second thought!
I went with my boyfriend and came back a few weeks ago the staff there are fantastic and cant do enough for you!We stayed there for 2 weeks and did not get bored at all...the weather was lovley and spent alot of time by the pool and going in to Marmaris and Icemeler.
We went to Marmaris 2 years ago and stayed in a larger hotel and have found that Sincerity was much better one as the staff are more friendly and will spend time talking to you. The manager Albert took us to a lovely beach, i think was just outside marmaris which was gorgeous and their were no other tourists there just turkish people. He also took us to Icemeler clubbing which was really good there was a foam party in a club called Eastenders this was good but Pleasure was the best for music.
The rooms are basic, a good size but have everything you need and the pool is lovely too. The shower was hot between 4 and 7 which was perfect when you are getting ready to go out at night but good in the morning to as you dont want a hot shower then. The cleaner tidied the rooms daily and had the linen and towels changed every few days, when they had been changed they were arranged into heart shapes with flowers on them which was really nice. While we were there we had 3 BBQ nights which are brilliant it is 2 courses all the food is lovely. the first course was different turkish dishes which were mainly vegetable based and the second course was all different meats that the chef cooks on the BBQ on the side of the pool. I think this was £10 each which is well worth doing and there is buy one get one free every night!
The hotel is situated away from the town which was nice as you didnt hear music playing all night. It is within walking distance to the town or the dolmus is really cheap, think it was £1 for both of us, and you can get off where you want.
The beach in Marmaris is ok but Icemeler beach is much nicer, the scenery is lovely and is much quieter than Marmaris.
Nightlife in Marmaris is good however Bar Street is so expensive, even a beer is around £4. The beachfront is much nicer, there are loads of bars there and they all have buy one get one free!
Overall I would definatly go back to Sincerity it was a lovely hotel and i cant complain about anything! The staff work long hours but are always smiling and ready to talk to you or get anything you need.
Will be going back and would definatlry reccomend this hotel to anyone!
