The hotel is getting a bit old. Our original room on the 24th floor had black large damp patches on the ceiling. We were right below the 25th floor bar, and yes it is open until 2am playing loud music.

The Flamingo Oasis was nothing more than a clean basic 3 star hotel in my opinion. Although the hotel was clean and had most facilities, it lacked that attention to detail that you receive at a decent four star.
