Flamingo Oasis Benidorm Hotel

This is the second holiday at this hotel this year. I travelled in March with my husband and then again in April with my mother to celebrate her 87th Birthday. Both times the hotel came up to expectations and more. The rooms are the largest in spain I am sure and the most comfortable. The food is fantastic and available almost 24/7. The entertainment team work very hard and put on some of the best shows there is.
I woud certainly recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to travel to Benidorm and it is suitable for all ages. I am already looking to book for later this year again. I do not normally travel to the same place on holiday but, as this hotel has it all I must return soon.

oh my god i cant believe people are given this hotel 1/10 what a load of rubbish..
we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks me my hubby and 3 kids aged 6 to 16 and every thing about this hotel is fab....food excelent staff very friendly, drinks wicked hubby was drunk few times hehe and he doesnt drink at home...kids clubs great kids loved it in there......every thing you ever want from a hotel we are going back this year and the next etc etc etc id say this hotel should be 5 star defo...dont be put off other peoples comments...
it was our first time in benidorm as i said id never go there but now id go any day..

l have been to the flimingo oasis twice and its grate and the food is top class and the hotel is out of this world

We have just returned from our week at the Flamingo Oasis.
We all enjoyed our stay the good points are the cleanliness of the hotel the maids are always cleaning. rooms get a going over daily and towels get changed if needed.
The food choice is amazing something for everyone, we have never seen so much food.
The drinks on the all inclusive include the spainish version of Baileys which keep me happy. If you wish to have a brand name drink it is extra but we did not feel it was necesscary as vodka is vodka, cocktails and sangria are on the all in list just ask and a different cocktail is on the bar daily. when you get to the hotel you get issued with a card with your pic on, which you show when entering the dining room and going to get drinks from the various bars. adults can have two drinks per visit to the bar and children one drink but most of the time if needed you can get three or four drinks per bar visit for the family to stop you having to repeatedly go up to the bar!The entertainers were funny the kids enjoyed the evening shows there is entertrainment in the hotels disco bar every night from 9pm, the shows start at 10 and after the shows is a quiz or disco or karoke. A brill time was had by all.
The only bad points to speak of were that the kids cannot take inflatables into the pool.
Only smalll rings are allowed for non-swimmers! my kids were really upset and disappointed also the pool was freezing and the indoor pool is now shut for the summer season it only opened one day of the holiday as it was raining. The only other moan would be the lifts can be a pain but we were on the 1st floor so we walked to our rooms. But it would not be nice for people on floors higher than ours.
We will be returning the best hotel overall in Benidorm very clean like a 5 star and fab food!

I booked my holiday with thomson online. The hotel itself was excellent. Clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and made an effort to talk. The food was good considering that we are vegetarian. A very kind lady called "Mariwell" took pitty on me and made a lovely pizza for us specially.
The entertainment crew looked overworked in my opinion. There is a tall blonde girl from holland who is amazing and a great performer.
The return flight was awful. The inside is the plane was dirty, smelly and not cleaned from the previous flight. There were dirty tissues, crumbs and sweet wrappers around the seat area. I have seen cleaner toilets compared to this. Snacks on the plane are a rip off. I WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH THOMSON AGAIN.
FINALLY A BIG THANKYOU TO ALL STAFF AT FLAMINGO OASIS.

This is hotel is not worthy of a 4 star rating, 2-3 star in my opinion. Food same thing every day, even made me ill for 3 days of the holiday. We were all inclusive but chose not to have any alcoholic drinks in the hotel as they were awful, watered down and some not fit for human consumption!. Cig burns in bed linen. Lifts are an absolute joke, 2 in the building, even if your staying on the top floor, take the stairs - trust me it will be quicker !. Would never go back to this hotel, or to benidorm for that matter.

I have just come back after spending a week there. This hotel is amazing and I couldnt fault it at all. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day.
The food is very good with a wide selection of meats, salads and fish. When I was there they did a daily cavery of beef, pork and salmon. You will put on weight so be carefull! It did get a bit repetative towards the end but you do have the option of eating out of the hotel for a change. The alcohol available from 10am to midnight. The measures were very huge!!!!! it was all local alcohol supplied.
The hotel entertainment was awesome. Each night there was a different show. Through out the day you can play bingo, archery, shooting and pool competitions.
The staff are very helpful and polite.
I would defitnatley go back to this hotel again. I have been to many hotels and I would say this is the best one I have stayed in so far.

a really god holiday lovley food great entertainment lifts a bit slow tho not 2 far from benidorm center either we had great weather while e were there lovley fry ups for brekie never got bored of the food and we went 4 a fortnight the only grumble wa you couldnt take food out of the restuarant but great holiday over all.

i had heard a lot of good things about this hotel and was very happy when i got a good deal for it but was disappointed the food was cold most times and not up to a high standard i have had a lot better in a 3 star i thought putting paper table covers and napkins at teatime was not a 4 star hotel they where good things i must say the waiters where all quick and you never waited long for a drink the rooms where clean and large the entertainment was ok but i found the walk to the front a bit boring and quite far maybe itwas because i am usually in the middle of benidorm i would not go back again to this hotel

What a nice Hotel. I can’t rave anymore about it. I've stayed in a five star Hotel, and the quality was somewhat familiar to that of the Flamingo Oasis.
Walk to the local shops isn't too far, and to get to the main strip is a short cheap taxi ride away. A taxi rank right outside the hotel was very useful, and at least 2 taxis were always on hand, ready to take us where we wanted to go!
Plenty of staff at reception, even if they do get mixed up with who was first in the queue. Very helpful and fast working. Our swipe cards to get into the rooms did stop working occasionally. Which was quite annoying when all you want to do is get into your room!
Food was good, lot of choice though. I've had better but then again I’ve also had worse. We were seated quickly and efficiently and waiting services were excellent.
We had a spacious balcony, but a terrible view. We had a Wall below. Slightly disappointing, but we had a bit of a better pool view from my daughters room 2 doors down.
Flamingo Oasis is very good and made our holiday.
