These are budget appartments and for the price are good value for money. We got a spaceious clean appartment. We stayed for two weeks and our towels and bedding were changed weekly. Also our appartment was cleaned at the end of the first week. Their was a laundry, gym and... more

On arriving at the apartments i was happy with accomodation as the rooms and balcony were very spacious. On the downside when trying to replace towels we were told that we could only do this twice a week even when have to pay for the privalidge of doing this, very strange!... more

we stayed at these apartments for one week we had no clean towels no clean bedding and had to pay for toilet rolls!!!!!when your travelling with a family you expect clean beds at least!WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

accomadation was horific! maid didnt come in room once me an my mates had to use the same towels all week! bout 15 minuite walk from the sqaure. sqaure was lively realy good best part of holiday! the light switch broke on us in hotel an the shower flooded the floor!

Stayed at the Buena Vista Apartments for a long weekend in June with a friend. It was a last minute booking, didnt pay that much so didnt expect much. But we were really surprised. These apartments are so clean and modern. The balcony is huge. We both agreed that of all the places we have stayed abroad these apartments are amongst the very best. Excellent value for money. Didnt go to the pool area at all, we went to the beach every day, i think there is a fair amount of shaded areas around the pool during the day due to the tall hotels... more

stayed in these aparts. for last 4 years,sometimes twice in one year,staff are absolutly brilliant,from security to domestics to bar persons(specially sorin) the entertainment some nights leaves a bit to be desired(parrot show).the resident d.js.alan and shirley,and billy andhis wife were good entertainers themselves.i made lots of new friends once again.and my christmas card list has risen once more.i sang many times on the karaoke,and some of the singers were very good.i cannot say nothing bad about the appartements. more

We stayed here for two weeks in july. Staff were really friendly, apartment great,clean and had a great view. Pool was very clean, could have had more sunloungers perhaps but we always had as I was down early enough. Location was good with a very cheap supermarket round the corner. The waterpark Aqualandia was walking distance up the hill at the back. Great all round place to stay would recommend it and we will go back more

the last time i was at the buena vista was july 2003, i have been there with my daughter twice and also with my husband , we have all agreed that we felt at home, the staff were brilliant and we always had a laugh with the kitchen staff. Lets put it this way, my daughter is now 13 yrs old and she enjoyed herself so much at the buena vista she won't go anywhere else on her holidays so in july this year we are going back because my daughter says we are not allowed to go anywhere else. more

We are a family of Four and this was our first experience at self catering. The apartments were spottless and the cleaners came around and changed all of the towels on the Saturday. The self catering facilities were second to none but the only thing that was lacking in the kitchen was an oven. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the entertainment was great. As most people have written - these apartments are spotlessly clean and quite spacious and they do have everything you need. They are not exactly off the beaten track - but are a little out of town. Airtours describe them as in Levante - but I would prefer to say Rincon de Loix. However, to walk to the main area takes about 15 mins - but there are plenty of shops and bars along the way - so you don't really notice this pleasant stroll. To get to the main area you need to walk out of the apartments down the few steps to the gate... more

A couple of minutes walk from the Benidorm Palace, the Buena Vista is a bit further out from the main busy part of town but that was precisely what we wanted Christmas week. The weather was just comfortable but a bit cooler at night. You`ll definitely need a jumper or two. I took my hot water bottle, although there was hot/cold air-con. The room had everything you need,fridgefreezer toaster mocrowave four halogen rings large television,very large balcony.There is a laundry downstairs.There was entertainment every night,which consisted of kareoke followed by a different artist every night.The staff was friendly andmade you feel very welcome.The only black mark was our room never got cleaned once in the fortnight i was there,so had to do ourselves,i think thats why they leave you all the utensils mop brush ect more
