Buenavista

apartments were great, had two between 7 of us. only complaint was the agents where you have to pick keys up demanded 150.00 euro deposit for each apartment then on the day we were leaving which was at 9.00am no office open had to wait till 9.30 nearly missed coach and then staff said that they had returned the deposit the day before which they obviously had not as I still had receipt and keys, had to argue to get deposit of 300 euro returned. be careful if you have an early departure and staff very rude.

These are budget appartments and for the price are good value for money. We got a spaceious clean appartment. We stayed for two weeks and our towels and bedding were changed weekly. Also our appartment was cleaned at the end of the first week. Their was a laundry, gym and sauna these all had to be paid for as and when you used them they were not included in the initial cost as I had thought! The entertainment was hit and miss Soosie Kaye being the best Soosie and PJ engaged well with the audience,hosted the karoki and had a beautiful voice. Their was also a fun Magic Show, Line Dancing, and Zumba. However, their was another guy Peter Shaw who entertained three nights of the week who was usually drunk and provided minimal entertainment and seemed a bit leary around young teenage girls. I also witnessed him being agressive in manner toward the bar staff. I feel we got what we paid and had an enjoyable holiday.
While we were staying at the Beaunavista one of the staff sadly and unexpectedly passed away. We didn't know Soria well but as a family were touched by the tradgedy of this young women's death. We will never forget Soria and the joy she brought to our holiday always smiling and helpful RIP.

On arriving at the apartments i was happy with accomodation as the rooms and balcony were very spacious. On the downside when trying to replace towels we were told that we could only do this twice a week even when have to pay for the privalidge of doing this, very strange! Hotel staff were all very friendly apart from the checkout day when the lady behind the desk did not seem interested when we enquired if our bus would be picking up at the top of the road or the hotel, she in fact showed no interest and told us to go wherever we like! On the massive downside some situation happened which i was not at all comfortable with. The entertainer who i must say was useless at everything especially his ronan keating cover act was very sleazy!! this was at the end of the night when me and 3 mates had returned after a few hours on the town. He was trying to throw 15/16 year old girls in the pool and to say his hands were everywhere is an understatement! if i was the parents of these kids who were not in the pool area at the time i think the guy involved would have been getting a tongue lashing!! This was all a bit to much to be honest and jumping around and grabbing little girls under the water left a sour taste. Other than that my first stay was ok and Benidorm as a whole was really good.

Brilliant appartments, situated about 20 minutes from main strip, just 2 minutes drive in taxi costing about 3 euros.
Apartments are very spacious but the only thing we struggled with is that towels and bedding wasn't changed throughout our stay. Lack of toilet roll was an issue but we got round that by pinching it out of pool area toilets!
If you have read any bad reviews on this place ignore them, we couldn't fault this place at all.

Stayed at Buenavista 6th - 13th April 2011 with my wife her sister & brother in law.
Booked with sunshine.co.uk holiday, flights(Easyjet), transfers(Airport taxis- was on coach) & airport parking at Bristol.(Silver Zone)
Total price for 4 £934.
Journey out couldn't have been any better everything was on time.
Arrived at Buenavista was efficiently checked in by friendly staff paid £60 deposit per room as we were advised when booking.
Went up to rooms both on 9th floor (All rooms face pool & sea) & were pleasantly surprised by size of app't which was clean & well equipped. They don't clean the rooms during your stay but we prefer it that way.
Yes you can see through grill into app't but i just jammed a towel in door & window of utility room, Problem solved.
There is a small supermarket down the left side of the bar for bread milk wine etc.
We had a great time in the evenings in the Buenavista Cabaret Lounge.starting with the happy hour (2 local beers = €2) Queenie behind the bar is very efficient & served up some great looking food at very reasonable prices.
Nightly bingo (We won €289 during our stay.), karaoke, cabaret shows. Soosie Kaye & PJ are a great laugh.
Indoor pool is very hot as is the jacuzzi didn't go in outdoor pool was to cold but some did & looked to be enjoying themselves.
10-15 min walk to beach turn left down hill & cut through kids park down past market field is quickest.
Turn right up hill to bars shops supermarkets etc.
Overall we all had a great time at a very reasonable price & have booked to go back in November but this time there will be 12 of us!
Ignore the negs here & give it a go i don't think you will be dissapointed as long as you don't expect 5 star!

we stayed at these apartments for one week we had no clean towels no clean bedding and had to pay for toilet rolls!!!!!when your travelling with a family you expect clean beds at least!WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

Just back from a weekend stay in these apts and we got what we paid for. Ideal for getting your head down at night, but anything else forget it!
No maid service or towel changes, towels available at reception for 1 euro.
Plenty bars etc within walking distance and approx 10 - 15 mins walk to beach.
Think if I ever return to Benidorm would spend extra for better accommodation!

accomadation was horific! maid didnt come in room once me an my mates had to use the same towels all week! bout 15 minuite walk from the sqaure. sqaure was lively realy good best part of holiday! the light switch broke on us in hotel an the shower flooded the floor!

My family and I went to these apartments on a self catering basis for one week. We couldn't have asked for anything better as in the apartment itself, it was large, clean and tidy with plenty of warm bedding for the cold nights, someone put on a review that towels were only changed once a week - not so - our towels were changed twice in the week and the beds only once which is usual in most of the accommodation we have had all over the world. They even give you 2 tea towels which are also changed.
It was too cold to use the outside pool but the indoor pool and jacuzzi kept my two year old occupied, she loved it.
The only downside which we had been warned about was the noise from the bar downstairs, so if you get rooms D E or F not sure what the other letters were further up the corridor, ask to be moved even before you go there, we were on third floor and it did keep us awake the first couple of nights but we got used to sleeping through it.
We would go here again as it was in a good spot as regards the town approx 20 min walk down to the beach but away from all the noise of the revellers.
The man on reception was really helpful too, after the first night we decided our daughter would be better off in a cot, I went to reception and spoke with him and 5 mins later a lady arrived with the cot and bedding.

stayed here feb 2010 wiyh kids had a great time staff very helpful indoor pool and jacuzzi which kids loved bar prices spot on entertainment ok linen change once location ideal rachaels bar across road is a good night out as is london bar next to stretford end across from indoor market its a great place to be based during your holiday and water park and mudamar is only 15 mins walk or 3 mins taxi ride overall a really good place to stay
