Montana Club Aparthotel

just returned from montana club last week and have to say it was a lovely aparthotel. great for couples. always a sunbed available. found the place very clean. when booking the agent told us it was uphill walk back from the beach when i arrived however i found they were a bit dramatic its a slight slop and only 2mins at most. staff really helpful with info on the entertainment in the area and everything is €5-10 in a taxi which reception call for you. my only complaint is staff at night dont speak english very well but its really minor we never had an issue or question that couldnt wait till the morning. i would defiantly return to montana club and would recommend it as a nice get away.

Stayed here in July for 4 nights, found the place really nice, lovely by the pool during the day, nice and quiet and there was always a sunbed available. The first night we arrived however there were noisy teenagers in the apartment next door to us. THey had music blaring and were shouting and roaring. My husband went to the reception to complain but the person on duty didnt speak English. He had to call someone else who went down and must have spoke to the them because they turned off the music. The next night was fine but on the third night they were shouting and roaring again, this time until about 5.30am when they eventually went to sleep. It was very irritating considering our stay was only 4 nights and for 2 of those nights we didnt get much sleep. Apart from that I found the apartments really nice, clean, well looked after, housekeeping changed our sheets once during the stay but they came in every day and cleaned it. Free wifi which was very handy. I would definitley go back there

The place was full of noisey teenagers taking over the pool area with ball games,also jumping in the pool at 3.30am on many occasions. No security on site to stop this. No chance of a sunbed unless you were prepared to get up early to put out a towell on one by 8.30ish. These weren't Germans they were mainly Irish...Bed sheets were only changed once in 2 weeks, this was only after we went and asked.

Montana apartments are lovely. Myself and my boyfriend are just back from here. The apartments were lovely and very clean. They were cleaned every 2nd day. As we did a package holiday we had to pay 35euro for the air conditioing for the week. Also you have to pay 10 euro deposit for the remote control for the tv which was a bit odd. The pool is lovley and there are plenty of sun beds but again you have to pay for the cushions for your sun beds which we didnt bother. Its only a 2 min walk from the apartments to the main strip. Also the staff there were awful. There was only one member of staff on reception and in the bar/restaurant and she was not very friendlyand very slow. So we didnt eat here at all but we would of if there had been nicer and more staff. Overall though it was lovely and nice and quiet and would definitely stay here again.

We booked MontannaClub apartments not sure of what we would find but we had a wonderful stay there. They were spotlessly clean and comfortable and so quiet and safe. WE even had a key to front gate at night which made us feel more secure. The staff were so nice and helpful in every way which added to our stay. The weather was a bit disappointing but we still had a great week as there were six adults in our group and we loved the great variety of restuaravts and bars and shops which have great value and choice. When we go back we will stay there again.

Stayed at MONTANA CLUB appartments from 16th until 27th January. We used TRAVEL REPUBLIC as our travel agents.
Once again, they provided a fantastic service. ( Have used them on numerous occasions with no complaints. )
The appartment we were given was great. Overlooking the pool and close to all amenities. There are two main pools and a kiddies pool.
One pool supposed to be heated, but we were informed the day before our holiday that this was no longer so. Plenty of sunbeds
and a great balcony. Internet connection available.
The beds in our appartment although a little on the hard
side, were more than adequate. Hot water was constant. Rooms were spacious and everything was provided. Maids were brilliant,
changing our sheets and towels every other day. Reception staff were very helpful, catering to our every need. The only complaint
was that we had a few cockroaches in the kitchen, but we found out that this is common in Lanzarote. This complaint was dealt
with by the maintenance staff.
We went self catering and are glad we did. There are lots of restaurants a short walk away. The best of these was the SPINNAKER.
( Turn right at hotel exit, walk to end of road ( Spar supermarket ), turn left and then first right. Walk up the steep hill, turn left, and
it is on the left up a flight of stairs. ) Fantastic food and service and a reasonable price. Also have very good evening entertainment.
We tried two other restaurants on the main strip, but on both occasions was overcharged by three euros. Did not go back to them again.
We also found that by walking down to the San Antonio hotel ( about a mile down the road ) the evening entertainment was fantastic.
Just walk in, find a seat, order a drink and enjoy the music. Do try to get to see the TEMPTATIONS tribute group. Amazing.
Do go to TEGUISE market on a Sunday. Half an hour bus ride away but well worth it. Please form an orderly queue, and then
watch as the Germans push and shove to the front of the queue when the bus arrives. Happened to us on the two occasions
we travelled by bus. If you don't believe me, try it. Astounding !!!!!!! They should make this an Olympic event !!!!!!
The guests in our appartment block were friendly but not in your face. One gentleman was constantly on his mobile phone,
which did get a bit annoying, but otherwise the pool area was one of the best we have been to.
The walls of our appartment were a little on the thin side, so if you get your neighbours coming in ( a little worse for the drink ),
at all hours of the morning, you did tend to hear them. Do not be put off by our few gripes. This was not the hotels fault.
Overall, the holiday could not be beat.
We will be going back to the MONTANA CLUB next year. We want to thank ALL the staff for making this a very good holiday.

We've just come back from the Montana Club apartments and we had a fantastic low cost holiday. These apartments offer excellent value for money. They were very clean and well equipped with maid service 3 times a week and offered an excellent base for exploring Puerto del Carmen. The apartment didn't offer any evenings entertainment other than the bar,however the beach, shops and bar areas were only a 5 minute walk so this didn't matter. If you like exploring or just laying by the pool all day, Montana Club offers an excellent base. The staff were always polite and helpful offering plenty of local advice and info.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone holidaying on a budget and I would certainly return.

Teguise Market ( sunday) book through the excursion operators on the sea front as these are cheaper than the local buses.
Rancho Texas, book direct with the ranch ( not through the excursion operators )and get a taxi you'll save about 13 euros for a family of 4. It is within walking distance from the centre of Carmen for those who want to save money (approx 20 mins)
Puerto del Carmen is only about 10 minutes from the airport, so get a taxi as it is much cheaper than the shuttle transfer and you'll get there quicker. it took us about an hour on the shuttle bus as it picked up from several hotels.

Me and my mum and sister and brother went to lanzarote in march time and stayed in the montan club apartments. my opinion on montana club is that they are a lovely group of people working and the hygiene and appearence of the club is brilliant. I stayed for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. Montana club is situtated in a very suitable area because it is only a sort walk away from the main town which is handy. i would love to be back in lanzarote with my mates in the summer and we will more thanlikely be staying in montana club apartments.

we have had a great time in the montana club the complex and bar is spotless and the staff good fun the best night was the fun night the pig racing is hillarious and has to be seen to be believed the couple runnung the fun night make sure you have a great night hope they are there in oct thanks montana for a great week

just like to say on behalf of my friends and i that stayed in your complex for our holiday in lanzarote we loved it the service was excellent and the bar staff were brilliant.. especially martin.. we look forward to seeing you al in october..
