Submitted By: Miss B BradfordThe facilities were supurb. Two massive pools to choose from at either the sport or the main hotel nr the beach. This meant you could pick and choose depending on your mood. The entertainment at the pools and beach was lively - not to our choice - stretches in 36 degree heat - but each to their own!
The food in the hotel was lovely - lots of salads, vegs, always a choice of carbs and meat dishes to keep you amused. The waiter service was receptive & speedy. Make sure you ask what is included - more than you think is. Eat at the pool side bars for lunch to mix it up from the buffet. Eat the icecream, drink the water in vast quantities!
The evening entertainment was repetivtive - so don't spend too many nights just in the hotel - the love songs can get a bit too much! But the spinny man was fun to watch. Get a shisha as its a laugh and a bargin from the dude with the fez hat!
Go diving its amazing - go snorkling its wonderful.
Take as much money as you would need back at home for eves out and day-to-day luxuries. A taxi into Narma bay is E£60 through the hotel - and E£50 from narma bay back home. The night life isn't massive - but it's enough to have some good nights out. Pasha is awesome - wear beach wear on thursdays! Camel bar is a good laugh with live ent most nights.
Thomas cook generally were average. The reps think that they should tell you what you need to kow, but 9/10 the things they tell you aren't correct. They get you to the airport with WAY too much time - perhaps they have a contract with the shops there - so you buy more stuff! We had 3hrs to wait - then a delay of 3hrs! Ahh. But nothing could spoil the wonderful 7 days me and my friend had in Sharm. :)
Enjoy.

Submitted By: Mr Jeyson FosburyThe rooms are clean, food is great, house keeping is fantastic. Marine divers on the beach are first class diving guides, as for the sports side of the hotel. I would double check with the travel agent, as there are the ones that DONT inform you that its a totally different hotel to the main one,
This is my 9th stay at this hotel, would recommend to anyone,
I have stayed in other hotels around Egypt over the past 8 years (41 trips).
If you find you have a problem then ASK for help, dont scream shout be calm.
Its a stunning country, enjoy have funn!
Drink water everyday,
And not to much alchol in the day time,
Eat every day!
They are great people,

Submitted By: Miss D Garlickwe enjoyed it so m uch that we are returning for 2 weeks in august.
The only thing i would say was when booking the holiday make sure that you stress you want to be placed in the main hotel and not the sport hotel as it is across the road from the airport!
very very satisfied.

Submitted By: Mr P RoxbyThe food was ok I'm a fussy eater and I managed to eat ok. I tried things I'd never eaten before and got away with them. There was 9 of us in our party and nobody took ill other than the normal dodgy belly that had nothing to do with the amount of food and drink and too much sun hahaha;)
The all inclusive did stop at 11pm but if you were good to the waiters they were good to you, we were still getting drinks well after and if we were in the main reception bar we would order a few extra drinks at 11pm so our table was full and we were given the nickname of the greedy English ha-ha.
The rooms were ideal for the amount of time we used them sleeping and washing in that’s about it. The cleaner was round every day and used to leave animals on our bed every day.
The airport never bothered any of us yeah you can hear the planes take off but it’s not as often as people say and it last for a couple of seconds!
You have to go on trips out please note yeah if you book through the travel agents it will cost you a lot more. If you book through any of the lads around the pool keep it to yourself they're doing you a favour and could get them the sack if they find out. We went to the dolphin show, Cairo by air, quad biking (was superb) even my wife did it and loved it. And best of all was the was scuba diving in the red sea wow! I can’t swim very well but still did it with a life jacket on.
Everyone of us had a great time and all would go back but maybe to a different hotel just for experience ages ranged from 16 to 61 in our group.

Submitted By: Mrs Z TurnerThe food was excellent, the people were the most friendliest we have ever met. We stayed in the main complex and it was spotless, cleaned every day. The bed was massive, what a wonderful room we stayed in overlooking the gardens.
Don't believe what people say go and see for yourself its fantastic. We did not get bored once, ok the entertainment was a bit naff but your on holiday make your own we did.
The only thing my husband sulked about was the all inclusive stopped to early you are just getting into the swing of things and yes you have to pay, we are not being tight but holidays are expensive things I cannot see why it can't 24hrs as it is in the Caribbean. Well I sound boring now so go for it, not only for couples a great place for the kids and the snorkelling is the best.

Submitted By: Mrs M K BurnsWe were across the road from a very busy airport nonstop departures and arrivals I felt sick some mornings with the smell of aviation fuel.
The dining room was more like a school dining hall. for this price I expected water service.
The pools were not emptied once the whole fortnight we stayed and with so many children there this should have been a priority We stayed out of pools!
I had a massage in the massage "hut" poolside. This facility should have been in the main building. One side of hut was open for all to see. Full of flies. Nowhere to put belongings and the staff had no washing facilities between clients. Just so long as they got your money.
We certainly won’t be back nor will we be recommending this place to anyone.

Submitted By: Miss K MortonThere was a shuttle bus to the Concorde main hotel which came about every 5-10mins and the journey was only about 5mins so we went to the main hotel nearly every day for the infinity pool and the beach however you have to go early (about 9:30am) to get a lounger.
I would also advise you to tip the waiters and cleaner as your drinks will be constantly topped up all night and your room will be spotless, we had a problem with our air conditioning but one word with the cleaner and it was sorted that day so we were very pleased.
We also went on a few excursions to a water park which was great, we also went to a dolphin show that was also very good although take plenty of water and sun cream as it is in the middle of the day and outside. The other trip we did was a submarine/boat trip round the coast which we booked from the hotel its like a glass bottom boat however you go into the hull where there are seats and windows on the side, this was fantastic as we still got to see the great marine life without going scuba diving.
Overall the holiday was great and I would recommend going!
*** Don't go on a speed boat trip to Tiran Island (they sell the trips on the beach) as they managed to crash us on top of a coral reef in the middle of the sea we were just lucky there was another boat nearby that we could follow just in case we sank and they didn't apologise when we were back on land. ***

Submitted By: Mrs LM TutinIt was picture postcard views of the infinity pool and sea, the weather was amazing - the food was great too, please do not listen to the people saying bad things, it was great, lots of choice and no bad tums all week.
The all inclusive does stop at 11pm as we expected, but after long day trips out and long days on the pool loungers, we were fit to drop at that time anyway so did not affect us at all.
The staff were so friendly too and made it feel like home.
We have been all over the world on luxury holidays, and picked this one as we needed a cheap and cheerful this year to save some pennies - and to be honest it was one of the best we have had! Even better being cheaper and shorter flight and better weather than Mexico last year! Def going back... Wish it could be tomorrow though!

We were a family of 4 with 2 grown up children aged 18 and 16. Nama Bay was everything you could want from a large resort
Hotel nightclub was very good particularly enjoyed the Monday night beach party.
Hotel was spotless, the staff never stoped cleaning, sometimes well into the night.
Pool great, snorkelling fantastic, entertainment ranged from accebtible to very entertaining. Made some nice friends
Its a pity the all inclusive stoped at 23.00 as the disco was opening. Travelled with First Choice, lucky to have an upgraded flight on the way out, not so lucky on the way back. no leg room and no entertainment. Sort your act out First choice.
