We booked our flights via Jet2. They were prompt, courteous and, quite honestly, I can't fault them. I arranged a transfer from the airport as the taxis were on strike and it was World Cup final day!
The hotel is small but friendly. The rooms are clean and the shower is adequate. However, our room had no view which was a tad disappointing. The breakfast wasn't really worth having. We only ate it on the first day. Bread rolls and jam.
Rome is a beautiful city but I wouldn't recommend going there in July. The heat was unbearable. I would recommend booking a walking tour. We booked ours with Enjoy Rome and it was very, very good.
