Excellent holiday, the accommodation was just what we expected. Studio was clean and tidy and the owner was lovely.

Maintained the apartments superbly and always had a smile. The pool was clean too! The location was great we were situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Dassia and Ipsos. So, best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend it!!!

Just got back from staying at the Kosmar apartments for a week. 8 of us went, 3 girls & 5 boys all in our 20s.

Thought the apartments where very nice & clean, the man who owned the apartments is very friendly & is there every night cleaning the pool & taking care of everything. Only down fall is the road is right outside is very loud. (Just get very drunk so you conk out like we did)(good points definitely weighed out the 1 bad point).

You have the best of both worlds, Dassia on your left about a 15 minute walk, which is for a quieter night out. The beach is lovely if you prefer pebbles to sand like me. Watersports where excellent & the beach is very clean.

On your right you have Ipsos, which is only 5 euros in a taxi & has a strip right along facing another lovely beach of Ipsos. The pubs cater for everyone’s tastes from Karaoke to all your normal sing & dance along songs to a bit of boom boom.

All in all we had a great holiday only downfall was we wished we’d have booked for 2 weeks. (We’ll be back)

the hotel has the most AMAZING veiw of Pefkos village, beach, sea and the southern part of the island. the pool 'snack bar' is a really nice bar/restaurant, really modern decor!! it also has a pool table and internet at an extra cost. the pool is HUGE for the amount of guests... the 'pretty' gardens are excellenty landscaped- really beautiful!!
rooom got cleaned etc every day.. everyone really helpful!!
only down point was.... air con was a bit dodgy, the hill up to hotel is steep but worth it and bar can be a little expensive....... oh and we had an earth quake and were not given ANY help/advice/warning from Kosmar!!!
