Great week at the Concorde from Jellifer
I have just come back from a week at the Concorde and wish I was back there now! The whole holiday was great. Transfer from Antalya airport to Lara Beach was about 15 minutes. The area is still under development but basically comprises lots of large 5-star hotels along the beach. There are a couple of shopping centres but nothing really to lure you away from your all inclusive resort. We stayed at the concorde for a week in March and had a really good time. Check in was very quick,we were on the 2nd floor at the back of the plane which is the front of the hotel .Rooms were very clean and also very spacious. Couldnt quite work out why there was a full length window over the bath and shower into the bedroom, but there you go .The food was very good with a really good buffet choice, always something there for anybody. We stayed at the concorde for a week in March, from our arrival to going home we had a great week. On check in ,our rooms were ready and the staff took the lugage up to the rooms,the rooms were clean and well furnished.we were on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel ,the room was above the bar area and at night you could just hear the noise from it, but that did not bother us as we were in the bar till late at night. My partner and I have just returned from a week's stay at the Concorde Hotel. We knew the weather would not probably be the best, but all we really needed was a chill, nice food and drink and luckily this is what we got. Lovely but not five star from biixus
This a a beautiful hotel, lovely staff, very clean and well cared for but definitely not five star by international standards. We usually travel with my wife's parents who are well into their 80s, experienced travelers in their own right but now feel they need some support when traveling abroad. They choose five star hotels because one hopes the standards of service will be higher. This time they were bitterly disappointed. Great holiday at the Concorde from Noblehouse
I spent a weekend at the Concorde Hotel (September 20-23, 2007). The stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. The room (7028) was clean, modern and well appointed. The separate beds were perfect as I was traveling with a friend. we stayed at the Concorde Hotel 7th - 21st August 2007 and would recommend it. Yes there are a few problems - no english newspapers, little queues for al a carte bookings need to be early, lots of rude russians, not many english. On the whole we only booked this hotel 1 week prior to departure and were not disappointed. Rooms were 2 single beds with pull out bed couch for our 7 year old (not camp bed), bathroom with all shampoos, hairdryer etc, ample wadrobe space with safe and mini bar which has soft drinks, water and lager. <br... more

Nice resort, with well keeped beach and pools; food and drinks are free and acceptable. The services however could be better: housekeeping is at impossible times during the day (9-10am, 2-4pm). The cleaner rarely speak a foreign language, and you must negotiate to receive soap and shampoo, as in a 3 star hotel. The spa is good (somewhat expensive), and the last problem was a broken toilet seat not replaced 3 days after mentioned. Bad luck? Could be, but be careful and aggressive if necessary.
