We paid for a five star hotel and received 2 star treatment. This is probably the most impressive hotel we have ever stayed in but it went down hill from there. Poor/rude service, broken crockery (what little there was), no towels in the courtesy room and a refusal to loan... more

Hopefully you will find this review helpful. The hotel is not as bad a people make out, the hotel is lovley and VERY clean, staff were helpful if your not rude to them like many people can be(lets face it some is rude to you are work bet your not as helpful as you can be).... more
