I love this hotel so much, this is the second year we have been to this hotel and there is only 1 bad thing about it, they have shut the bar that faces on to the road it was really nice to sit there and have a drink.
The staff are very friendly and the food is ok, shame that they only do ice cream on a Wednesday but apart from that I love the hotel and will be back next year with my family.
We were shocked to see so many people from last year back at the hotel, which was good.

This hotel was fantastic; I went with my husband and my 14month old daughter.
The staff where all excellent especially with the children, plenty of food choice for everyone ( not so much for baby's) breakfast you have cereal or hot food, dinner a full buffet with salad and hot foods, cakes and fruit, for snacks there was pizza, chips, burgers, and spaghetti bol.
Dinner is again salad hot food cakes and fruit. And at 11 till 12 at night soup and bread.
There is plenty of drink flowing all day and night till twelve.
I would rate this hotel 9/10 only because the air con is not very good but you can hire a fan from the hotel shop. I will be going back in September because it was that good.

You will not be disappointed with this hotel or resort.
We went all inclusive. The food was well prepared and presented with plenty of choice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit spartan and my only gripe was the dogs barking all through the night at the vacant hotel next door. That might change once the high season starts.
At the time we were there, all loud music was required to stop at midnight and was strictly enforced.
The club scene is only a few miles away at Marmaris.

We have just returned from this hotel and were somewhat disappointed feeling that it's four star rating was not worthy.
We had the unfortunate experience of being at the hotel when there was a bridge tournament for German and Dutch which meant that we could only use one of the bars (the smoking one) - which meant for us as non-smokers we were constantly battling the layers of smoke.
The rooms are of poor standard - with a particularly sub-standard bathroom - where you had to negotiate around the basin to use the toilet.
The food was of mixed quality - some of which had clearly been used the previous sitting - the only plus being the homemade soups! The food is not labelled very well - which was difficult for me as I do not eat meat (only fish). Drinks are limited - despite being all inclusive - and if you are drinking in the bar - you get to drink out of plastic cups!!
There were 3 out of 14 nights where we had entertainment - the rest of the time there is occasional music - but the Germans were constantly turning this down - or even turning it off!! Likewise, it was a constant struggle to get any fresh air as the Germans were insisting on shutting all the doors and windows - despite it being of a pleasant temperature.
Some staff were pleasant enough - but again they seemed more concerned with pleasing our European companions. Worth mentioning are - one of waiters called Joseph who was excellent and a credit to the hotel - likewise there is a young man who sorted out the sun beds on the beach (did not know his name) - he was lovely and friendly - not too intrusive and was a pleasure to talk to.
Around the pool was not much fun as one of the drain covers was broken and you constantly had to hold your nose from the smell of the sewers - that is why we went to the beach - which is beautiful.
Icmeler is lovely and we will be returning next year - but to a different hotel. Restaurants and bars are plentiful - try the RED LION which is on route to the market - they guys are real fun and make you feel very welcome. Gold shops are all around - we got good service and quality from CARAT which is just around the corner from Harry's Bar. Ask for Uimit. They are happy for you to get your purchases valued and if there are any problems you can contact them.

Our first visit to Turkey for our 1st anniversary. We were very disappointed with our room, no air con at all, and the smell was dreadful but Reception changed our room the next morning for a beautifully refurbed room. Please insist on a room change because that is the only downfall of this hotel and their are nice rooms within the hotel
The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, friendly and fun and nothing is too much trouble for them even after a 12 hour shift.
The rest of the hotel is clean, literally on the beach and the entertainment is basic but pleasant, it is quite enjoyable sat on the outside terrace listening to them. More a hotel for the 30+ and not ideal for children as I think they would get bored once the pool is off limits. Oh the pool, very adequate for the size of the hotel as you have the beach on the doorstep. Always clean and we never struggled for sun beds even though the hotel was full.
The resort of Icmeler is wonderful, all in a very small vicinity and all flat so ideal for anyone who has trouble walking or is in a wheelchair. You will get no hassle at any of the stores here, usual bar people wanting you to go into the bar but if you say no they leave you alone with a polite 'bye'
If you like jewelry then take some cash / plastic as they will make a ring overnight for you, a solitaire (diamond of your choice) will cost you around £300 and in UK £900. The jewelers in the hotel is very cheap, you will not get hassled. The owner also gives a better exchange rate than the hotel itself should you require more currency, although the Turks prefer the UK Pound.
For those traveling with Thomas Cook, the rep Mustafa is 100% spot on, he is always on site. And you can approach him on anything.
For smokers, the blue Anadolu cigs are the same as our Mayfair and only cost 0.90p a packet, cheap on resort and the airport
Have a wonderful time there, it really is worth a visit.

Icmeler is fantastic, a great resort with plenty to do but not too busy. The hotel itself was nice but too basic for a 4*. Staff were excellent, polite/friendly/helpful.
The rooms were in bad need of refurb, twin beds with 1 very hard pillow each and awful waffle blanket. Satellite TV but only BBC world was in English. Air con switches off 2am-11am so hard to sleep at night as very hot. Food was ok but same every night, we were 2wks all inclusive so after 5th night started to eat out as got a bit fed up, meat was undercooked but pancakes for brekkie though were yummy.
The entertainment was awful as the same 3 men sang badly every night in rotation, good job we had no kids with us as all they had was the exact same songs played for 20 mins as they danced with a crazy woman. Pool was small for size of hotel and you had to get up very early to get a sun bed, but was a great sun trap!
I would go to the resort again. But not the hotel.

I would recommend Icmeler to anyone, it really is one of the nicer parts of Turkey. Not too busy and not too quiet. The Thomas Cook flight was a little cramped and the staff weren’t overly friendly but it was made up by the hotel and the staff. The transfer is about 2.5 hours which seems a lot but when you fly at night you fall asleep and hardly notice.
I would highly recommend this hotel for quality of money and the food was lovely. The only thing I would say is they could have had a little more hotel entertainment. Although you could pop into the local town which is a few steps away. The market is good but beware of the typical market sellers! I would recommend a day trip by boat to Marmaris as you can get a taster without too much hassle.
Back to the hotel I think all rooms had some sort of sea view, constant food all day long including water (not many do that) didn’t include ice creams for the kids which was a pain but food all day! Would recommend.

Icmeler is lovely and very picturesque, there are numerous bars and cheap restaurants and plenty of shops, there is a few discos, the beach area is beautiful and safe the people are friendly maybe a little too friendly with the ladies!
The hotel is an ok 4 star clean and tidy, good welcoming service, absolute bargain for All inclusive, the drink selection isn’t great it is limited to cheap spirits and local beer and cheap red or white wine and soft drinks but it does save you a lot of money because I found the drinks very expensive in Turkey.
We had a refurbished room which I would recommend as they have nice sea views and wooden floors and they are bright and airy.
The pool area is nice and there is a good selection of food.
I would definitely go again! You must have a Turkish bath absolute bliss!
