The hotel was really bad, the room we were given was unacceptable- the view was of broken washing machines and fridges dumped there and the bathroom was horrendous. It was not at all worth the money that I payed for.
The meals were disgusting in the broshure it described the hotel to have a continental breakfast but we were given cheese that looked like rubber, bacon swimming in fat, tea that was appaling and every meal that we had got worse. The hotel manager was completely ignorant and unpleasant, my friend was in her room when the curtain pole fell on her and when she went to complain the hotel manager said that it was not the hotels fault but when we inspercted it the curtain pole was not put on properley.
When I first walked into my room it smelt horrible the room was overcramped and stuffy it was also very dark and the fan did not work. My stay at hotel Ninays was horrendous and I will not be recommending hotel Ninays to any of my friends and I will not be visiting the hotel again.
