the biggest dump i have ever stayed in. the first night we arrived a man was beating the living daylights out of his wife opposite us - i reported it to reception and they sid that the couple had too much to drink and that they couldnt do anything about it - no security.... more

If you're looking for an all inclusive hotel that offers you plastic beakers, camp beds, nylon sheets and old, over-washed bobbly blankets, then los pinos in santa susanna is the hotel for you. Throw into the mix extremely rude staff, a clientele of clubbers and families... more

Had read lots of bad reviews and whilst we were there had lots of people moaning, but actually had a fab time. I think people forget that they pay so little to stay in an all inclusive hotel. It was clean, the food was basic and edible, with quite good entertainment... more

Well we got this as a last minute cheap as chips deal. It was great, the hotel was clean and right on the beach. The train line runs very close but think as this as a positive as we went to Barcelona on the train and it took hardly any time and runs right along the beach... more
