Hotel Los Pinos

Dont stay here.or if you like being treated like dirt this is the place for you.the only thing this hotels got goin for it is the rooms are clean.

This has to be the worst holiday of my life and by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is so bad that I lost 10 pounds while away as I could not eat! The staff are terrible and rude and so unhelpful. Please, go anywhere but here!

me and my two sisters stayed in this hotel and its not a nice place at all the rooms are fithy, and the head waiter in the restraunt is insulting, on the morning we were leaving at 7.45am we asked if we could have a cup of coffee and he answered this is not possible as we were all inclusive what was the problem i would not recomend this to any one at all

Before i start i would like to say that we were not meant to stay here, but due to ROOMSNET.COM who didnt pay the hotel we were supposed to stay in,it was los pinos or nothing.People who have given this hotel good reviews cant have any standards,but if you like miserable staff,ants in the room,broken air con,disgusting food,paying for drinks(after 11pm)if your all inclusive,terrible shower,your room smelling mouldy and a railway nearby, well good luck,you will need it.There were one or two good points though the pool is ok and the hotel is right by the beach,which is spot on. But on the whole this is a very dissapointing hotel in a good spot,a bit of TLC wouldnt go a miss.So if your looking for a nice clean hotel with good food im sorry to say this is not it.
*Please note if you have booked with ROOMSNET.COM phone your hotel ASAP to make sure they have recieved payment because we were in a party of eight with four kids and we were stranded,and had to pay for alternative accomodation,which we now have to try and claim back.

I have never, in my life stayed in such a disgusting "hotel", i use that word loosely!! It made an 18-30s in Ibiza, look like a luxury Caribbean holiday.
The staff could'nt care less about their guests and the disdain was plain to see if anyone had a complaint.
On our first night there was a fight right outside our room door, screaming, bad language, it was horrific. When i complained to the reception they weren't interested. I couldn't believe what was happening. Nearly every night was the same, the noise was awful.
The "Restaurant" was a little cramped room which was in serious need of decoration and the food was totally disgusting and unacceptable. My dog eats better!! The food was all casseroles and chips, but it just seemed to be large containers of slop on offer. Most of the drinks machines were broken and by this point, you knew better than to ask the staff for anything.
We took a day-trip down to Barcelona, but the idea of returning to that Hell Hole was enough to make us stay overnight there, to give us a break from the mental torment!!
Please guys, do yourselves a favour, stay away from this foul, disgusting place!!!

The hotel is very well situated on the beach in the centre of Santa Susanna and is only an hours train ride from Barcelona. However on arrival at the hotel the reception staff are very ignorant, unfriendly and not very willing to help or assist in any matter and any complaints you may have with them you are just told to notify your tour operator, basically they do not want to know. We stayed on an all inclusive basis which means that drinks are served from 11am. However you are only allowed 2 drinks at any time whether alcholic or not so as a family we had to have a family trip to the bar to obtain drinks for the four of us. The food is very basic and exsits of salad, chips and pasta every day with veal, pork or fish some times thrown in, not much variety or choice. The pool area is very small and the majority of sunbeds were broken so you had to be careful. The steps in to the pool were also a little dangerous as the top step has been put on the wrong way round and the second was loose so you had to take care on entering and leaving the pool. Our room and bedding also smelt musty as if thery needed a good hot wash! The bar staff in the evening were very pleasant to be served with though which made our stay a little better for us. Will definately not be staying there again and would not reccomend anyone else to either.

i have to admit that from where the coach drops you off you do have quite a walk to the hotel which wasnt ideal with suitcases, but when we did arrive at hotel los pinos the receptionist was friendly, informative and helpful. we then took the lift to our room upon entering i was pleasently suprised because previous reveiws had worried me. the room was fairly spacious, there was a working tv and the beds were comfy. the balcony was big enough and there were 3 chairs and a table, we had a gorgeous sea veiw and one that was overlooking the pool aswell. the bathroom was a good size featuring a shower, bidet, sink and mirror. one thing that i cant fault is the cleanliness ofthe hotel our rooms were cleaned daily. the location was perfect the hotel is located on the beach the train station was only a 10 minute walk. the entertainment wasnt great but it wasnt terrible the flamenco dancing was extremely enjoyable! the staff were also friendly and spoke english well.

I stayed in this ''hotel'' from the 20th of july till the 30th all inclusive, you may have read alot of bad reviews about this place as did I but please take notice of them!!! I went with my partner and my two young children one of which is an infant and the hotel room they gave us was on floor 7 and the lift only goes up to floor 6 bear in mind i had two pushchairs!!!! the room is infact a room with 3 single beds and a dressing table cramed into 1 tiny room with a tiny balcony which bricks missing from it!! the bathroom is tiny its just 1 tiny bathroom and a room with 3 beds in it and after they put a travel cot in there you had to climb over the bed the get to the balcony. The food is rubbish esp if you dont eat meat im a vegatarain and i ate chips and salad for ten days!! and if you do like fish i hope you like it with bones and your meat cold! we had to eat out 3 times because its near enough the same thing everyday! the snacks are ok more chips and hot dogs everyday and dry stale cake in the afternoon. The very small pool was never cleaned when we were there all sorts was floating in it and you will have to fight for a sunbed!
The staff are rude the entertainment is either a mini disco or bingo and we got suck in the lift for 20 mins with two young children and no one said anything we didnt know what was happenening!!! the only good thing is the location right on the beach the sea is nice the sand is like grit! sandcastles impossible!! the area is so busy day and night esp the beach, this is not a child friendly place no high chairs anywhere no kids food i would never go back here i could go on forever just please take notice of all the bad reviews before you book this hotel.

Booked a holiday online then read reviews!!!!!!! It seemed like it was going to be a living nightmare, got there it was very friendly,staff very helpful{ air con repaired within 1hr at 1.30 am}, food and drinks on all inclusive plentiful, rooms basic but served the purpose of somewhere to sleep,lots of entertainment for all,I dont know which hotel the other complainents have stayed at but for a low cost family holiday you could not of asked for more.WOULD definitley go again

We arrived at 12.30 at night, we got dropped off across the road a long walk with cases. Because we arrived late we missed the all-inclusive drinks and snacks. we checked in receptionist was polite and welcoming we had to sign rules before we had time to read them. Room was like most of the hotels in that area, the balcony was big and had a great view, could hear everyone walking through the corridor and the rooms next to us. Went to explore wasn't that much. went to breakfast in the morning very limited restaurant staff were polite and nice, the male wine waiter was very professional. At 11am we got are all-inclusive drinks, pool bar opened at 12pm and closed at 4pm so had to go down the bar. The snacks in the bar were nice including chips, hotdogs and pork burger. The ice-cream at the bar was there on the first 2 days and on the last day. Dinner was mainly fish and pork. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the shops are within walking distance, the market on Tuesday is a minute walk away. A great location. A good hotel on the whole.
