When we got there we had not been booked in (the downside of doing in over the internet!) but after a few phone calls to the holiday company - which were online and unfortunately I can’t remember the name - we managed to get our room!
Everything was clean (as it was new) but we were missing simple things such as coat rails in the wardrobe, a working hairdryer, working lamps, working towel radiators. We just put this down to the new faults as no-one had used our room before so staff were obviously unaware.
They did come out and fix a few things but we were only there for 4 days so didn’t seem worth complaining.
The food in the evenings was lovely and a good choice but over a period of a week I think it would have become boring. The hotel is positioned right at the bottom of a ski slope, perfect for us to put our gear on and literally take 20 steps to the chair lift, so no hard walking with your skis.
I would highly recommend this hotel, though there were faults, I don’t really think they could be blamed.
The boot room was spacey enough and the ski hire is right next to the hotel with a selection of gift shops and food stores.
We drove from the airport to the hotel and it wasn’t too scary to get to!
