Golden Day hotel is the worst place I`ve ever been. Rooms- dirty for 1 week nobody come to change the towels, sheets, trash, or to clean the room. The TV didn`t work, the AC too. The bathroom was dirty and when we finish the soop they give us new after 2 days. The food........ more

Having read the few reviews about this hotel I was very concerned about my pending stay, however on the whole the holiday was exactly what I wanted it to be. The hotel is very clean the rooms are very big and they all over look the marina which is lovely. we have just returned from our first visit to turkey staying all inclusive at golden day hotel kusadasi. We did not want to leave. the hotel was buetiful and very clean. We had a large spacious room with a big cool balcony overlooking the marina sunset was to die for. The staff were very friendly and did their best to make sure our holiday was enjoyable. They were all, without exception, most helpful and dealt with any small problem we may have had, quickly and efficiently and were most attentive at all times. This all made our stay most enjoyable. The hotel ıs sıtuated ın the best spot wıth a gorgeous vıew of the sea and harbour. All staff were very polıte, helpfull and easy to approuch. There ıs no entertaınment but sıttıng at the pool sıde wıth the rest of the guests and staff ıs entertaınment ın ıts self. The party included four adults and one child. Was told that it was an excellent hotel with entertainment good choice of food how wrong they were rated as a 3* and even told to one couple a 4* i be pushing it to give it a 1* rating. Our transfer took over two hours which was slightly longer than expected and was dropped off at a hotel which initially looked lovely. My 8 night stay at Goldenday Hotel was a horrible time. It has got to be one of the worst hotel's I have ever stayed at and would not recommend it to anyone. The food was terrible, to start with it was not fresh and it was the same for lunch and dinner every day. The food would be covered with cling film and put back out later that day. check in was efficient hotel room was fine and clean, food appalling, drinks watered down and not worth the effort.. Bar staff lazy and rude, especially Mustpha, there are plenty of nicer hotels in kusadasi, so why waste your time and money. Give it a miss. So many things I could write, but at a risk of sounding petty I will leave it at that.
