Crystal were fine: did their jobs well. Would use them again as a tour operator if looking for this type of holiday.
Les Deux Alpes has something for everyone and the skiing at the top is fantastic.
Be warned - if you are staying at 'Le Village' area at the bottom of the resort (inc the Club Med hotel) - this area is NOT attractive and full of teenagers. Not good for families.
To get to this area from the top ski areas, you have to go down a black. It is also not very accessible if there is no snow and requires you to get 2 buses if you cannot do the 20min walk. (Choose a hire shop with ski locker facilities.)
Chalet Emilie is fine. Each bedroom has a small shower room but there is no privacy as the walls are paper-thin.
It is also the creakiest place ever so everyone is disturbed if you get out of your (very narrow single) bed.
We were a large family group and found it exhausting. Would hate to be there as a group of couples.
Location of Chalet Emilie is quite remote.
