Had an excellent time and would go back. Good hotel with nice food (could have been hotter ! ). 15 min. walk to beach, or free bus. Italian restaurant now open & worth a visit. Staff on the whole very good, room kept immaculate and pool clean (but cold). Went on 2 trips, snorkelling day & quad biking, both excellent & booked at beach ( half the price of tour operators). The sea was warm & full of fish right up to the shoreline. Worth buying snorkelling equipment (on sale everywhere ). Free bus into Naama bay at night for shops, bars etc. Some aircraft noise is heard at hotel & all over resort but not a problem.

A Beautiful new, clean Hotel. Everywhere was scrupulously cleaned every day. The room was immaculate as was the Pool area, restaurants and Bar. We found the staff extremely happy friendly people and not intrusive in the slightest, in fact if they spent ‘too long’ chatting to anyone they were moved on by the management. Lovely people remembering that we were in ‘their’ country living amongst ‘their’ way of life. The only thing that I could possibly find on the down side was that the food, although lovely and well prepared, became rather monotonous after a week. Not a vast amount of choice. Having said that it was a well cooked meal and in the price of the holiday so can’t complain. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone.

Hotel is very clean and well looked after. But service is slow for e.g. at evening dinner we would often order our drinks at least 3 times before they actually turned up and when they did eventually turn up the order would often be wrong or half forgotten.
Male staff lure over all the women at the pool making you feel extremely uncomfortable and a word of advise if you are going on your own or with a group of all women be prepared to be hassled.
Don’t be fooled by the brochures when they state all rooms have mini bars - what they mean is all rooms have fridges that are empty. Also there isn’t an a la carte restaurant regardless of what the tour operator tells you. Finally All inclusive actually means you can get drinks from 10am to 12 midnight, it also does not include ice cream or fruit juices
And if you can’t already tell I personally would not go back and if they want to carry on being a 4*+ hotel they have a lot to improve on.

The Hotel & Pool area was very clean and the rooms were cleaned every day including fresh towels etc. The AI drinks were very limited and the hotel ran out of red wine twice in one week, which I though was pretty strange? The majority of the staff couldn’t understand much English and on the first night whilst my husband was at the bar a waiter swore me at. I don’t think I would go again!

Hotel was beautiful and the rooms where very spacious and cleaned everyday; including fresh towels and bedding.
Food was nice especially the barbeque around the pool three times a week.
Pool area and hotel always very clean. Everything was very good apart from the bar staff where very slow especially in the lobby bar and could not understand much English.

The hotel looks beautiful, as does the pool area. Our room was spacious and looked luxurious but was often over-run with woodlice. Anyone not staying on an all inclusive basis is treated as a second-class citizen and watched like a hawk. The service of the very rude staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are all males who constantly leer at, stare at and harass the female guests.

This was a great holiday. Its the first time I have been to Egypt, really enjoyed myself.
The hotel we were in was great . I had read some off-putting reports about the Tropicana Garden Palms, but I had no problems with it. I think they have minor issues which can be resolved, but nothing major.
OK, the bar staff speak little English, but they do try. The drinks come in smallish plastic cups, but if you ask for a large beer, you will receive a nicer looking beer in a glass.
You have to be up early to get a sun lounger. I was up before 8am anyway, so I was ok, but people go out a 6am, put down a towel or a book, and not come back for ages. The pool staff are fully aware of this selfishness and are pretty strict on anyone doing it, and they are there fairly early in the morning, so they are watching at all times.
They are probably the only concerns I had. Food was beautiful and the barbecue they had by the pool was fantastic.
They really make a huge effort at all times.
I went first week in November, and it was red hot everyday and the night was very warm too, but much cooler than the daytime.
I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of going. Compared to a few other hotels I seen in the area, and heard about, this place is a must. Easily a 4 star hotel complex.
