On the first day of our staying in the Capri bungalows the receptionist (see the photo) stole our money, food, cosmetic kit, and the shoes from our apartment. In 5 days she stole the laptop and the photo camera from the apartment of our neighbors from Estonia. SHAME!

These apartments are very basic so don't be expecting luxury. It's self-catering here, but next to the complex is a mini supermarket where you can pick up bits and pieces. During the day you can do to a water park in the area and see the sand dunes. Cab rides to both are cheap. There isn't much to do around the area, in terms of nightly entertainment or restaurants, so you need to get a cab down to playa de ingles, which isn't very expensive.

Just returned from a great week staying in the Capri Bungalows, Maspalomas. We chose this accommodation for it’s low price but we were very happy with it and found that there were distinct advantages in going down market. The guests were mainly Brits and a very relaxed bunch they were. There is no pool waiter which is a big advantage because you can take your own beer or wine to the pool and save a fortune.
