We booked this years holiday with Carol Gonden at Icmeler travel centre after being let down by our local co-op travel but thats another story. We have been going to Icmeler for several years now and have never had a bad Holiday there. The wife, myself, 19yr old son and his 18year old girlfriend ended up at the Ikiz in a very large appartment. It had air con in the bedroom but by leaving the bedroom door open it cooled the whole place.
It also had a seperate kitchen area and two other beds in the massive lounge area, good kitchen area with hob and fridge. There was plates bowls cups,knifes,forks,spoons,glasses in fact every thing you need.There was plenty of storage area and Cupbord space and due to the appartment size there was plenty of room to hide our four suitcases.
There was no problem re plugs and sockets (two women with Hair dryers, heated tonges etc) and they were well placed near mirrors.
The beds and sheets were very clean and we had plenty of towels. The whole place was noticably very clean and well maintained and every thing worked. The bathroom was very good with the best shower ever but watch it when you do shower the water can get very hot and you do not seem to suffer the loss of hot water when some one else switches a tap on.
The cleaning lady does your room every day.
The pool is great and there are plenty of sun beds. Literaly yards away are first class places to eat but so is one large and one small supermarket if you want to DIY it and also a fruit and veg shop.
The lady that runs the place was one of the cheapest for a beer and as you ladies love a coffee then she was the cheapest by far for a mug of nescafe. The grounds were kept in tip top condition as I think the owners husband is a bit of a gardener, it was a picture. All in all a very very nice place to stay and I for one will be going again.
