beautiful hotel, more beautiful the Greek & English hospitality!!! Sharon & Dimitris are the people who love the word hospitality. Always with a smile. Clean, near town, sunset view, animal lovers, now with a brand new pool, serve breakfast in an abelievable room made of stone. everything that i search for, were there!!!

Ok, if you want luxury bathrooms then this may not be for you, but if you want a clean spacious apartment, with comfy beds and ample space for you to relax and enjoy Mykonos then this is the place to stay. Its a 2 minute drive to the town, or a 10 minute walk down a narrow... more

Pretty and clean
A pretty place, positioned in the best corner of the isle if you are looking for silence, peace and tranquility and if you want to stay away from the chaos, but at the same time not too far from the city. Privacy and relax are guaranteed, prices are high but normal for mykonos, the studios are nice and clean, and the owners kind... but for godsake, don't park in the courtyard!!!
Villa Konstantin the Best
What a wonderful place to stay! Very quiet and serene at the top of the hill overlooking the sea. Not too far from Mykonos town by foot. The walk is straight down a footpath/stairs on a hill so this could be difficult if you are not in shape. Best to rent a car in Mykonos anyway to get around the island. The room was very nice and clean. Although it was not necessary, someone always stopped in every day to tidy up the room. Both Dimitri and Sharon are absolutely delightful individuals. The hospitality was Great and I would recommend anyone to stay here. I stayed here mid July 2004 and looking forward to my next visit hopefully July/August 2005. Thank you!
A lovely place to be
This was a lovely place to be and we were trully glad to find it. The place is pretty, friendly, and has a wonderful home-like atmosphere. The owners were both more than nice -welcoming, helpful, there for anything we needed. Villa Konstantin is located close to both the capital and port, but it's rather far for walking and it is much better if you have a mean of transport. Highly recomended to anyone.
Honeymoon Hideout
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in mid-September, and have nothing but nice things to say about both Dimitri and our accomodations. It was definitely a home away from home. This was my third visit to Mykonos, and I can tell you that this was the best hotel "for the money" I have found. It is true that it is a walk from the hotel to the city, but it's Mykonos, and if you don't have a scooter, then how are you getting anywhere? Dimitri also helped us get scooters that were delivered to us at the hotel (Approx 11 Euros a day for rental and insurance.) It is a nice 2 or 3 minute drive along the coast to town, and I didn't mind the distance from town at all. In fact, I preferred it. Anyone who has been to Mykonos before knows that the town is never quiet at night, and because of this, we enjoyed our very quiet hotel and good night's sleep. It is also in close proximity "total driving time" to most of the more well known beaches on the island. I have only one slight complaint about the room. The water is kind of salty, however, that has been my experience with all 3 hotels I stayed at in Mykonos. But our room came equiped with a refrigerator, hair dryer, tv with movie channels in english!, and a small kitchen with a stovetop and pots and pans and dishes and glasses. Overall it was a great experience. I cannot say enough nice things about our hosts. They were great! I highly recommend staying at the Villa Konstantin.
Open hearted warmth!!!
A great place that is close enough to the "city-hub" but just far enough to hear the wind blow and watch the ships come in. Great for people that want to cook their own coffee and make a meal or two and sit on their own terrace , watch the waves and sun drop behind the island Delos. BUT beware... the city is 10 minute quick walk, into hedonistic, twisted streeted Mykonos town. Many nights were spent watching the sunset as well as rise!!!!! The hosts are FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC!!!!! Sharons sunny blonde smile and Dimitris handsome greek mannerisms will spellbound you! I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else! PJK
Fantastic views in an island Paradise
Great location close to Xora- you can walk if its not too hot and its in a safe location A village like atmosphere in the living complex with wide open spaces which are well maintained and clean - rooms are spacious and not too expensive in high season - compare an ugly place like Cote D'Azur (Nice - Smelly overrun with bad beaches and overpriced american junk food) to Mykonos and there can be no comparison - and the friendly Mykonians/Greeks simply add to the pleasure of visiting , whether you speak Greek or not! ANd compliments to the owners and thier family and pets!!! When you are travelling away from your pets it can be very warming to see some well loved pets!
Great place
This place is great. We stayed there in July 2004, and had a wonderful time. The owners, Dimitri and his wife, are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is high in the mountains, has nice views, and is off the beaten path, yet is a 10 minute walk to the wonderful downtown area. The room was nice, and well attended. We would highly recommend this place!
Not all that
Not sure why everyone raved. The place was fine and Dimitri was nice, but bring your walking shoes because it's quite a climb from the city of Mykonos. The rooms themselves were nothing special and I'm not sure they ever cleaned the room.
A true pleasure
Fabulous! Great location to town, beautiful view. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Mykonos looking for a warm, enjoyable stay.
Great Little Apartments
My Husband and I and our adult daughter just spent a wonderful 4 days on the island of Mykonos, staying at the Villa Konstantin which we would all highly recommend! The apartments were clean, bright and offered all the cooking utensils necessary to cook up breakfasts and simple meals which was very important to us as the two of us had been travelling for 7 months and it was nice to do our own cooking for a change. Dimitri met us at the port and took us to the Villas and then was very good about pointing out the sights etc. of the island. He was also kind enough to arrange scooter rental for us as well. The climb up the hill from the town center was enough to get the heart beating but was well worth it as the view over the town and harbour was spectacular! Very good value for your money! Don't expect the ritz and glitz of the 5 star resorts and you will not be dissapointed!
