Myself and my family have just returned home from L'Hermitage Hotel in Alpe D'Huez. We had no pre-conceptions about the hotel but have been pleasantly surprised. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. Just to mention a few. Andy the Restaurant Supervisor kindly attended to our every need in a professional mannor with his team of dedicated waiting staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager were always available to deal with any of our queries. Our son attended Creche in the mornings which he enjoyed throughly. Thank you to all the creche girls!!!!
Overall it has been an amazing holiday for all the family. We have already re-booked for next year.
