The popular L'Hermitage is a firm favourite with Crystal guests. Located in one of the most convenient parts of the resort, with the village centre and ice rink just two minutes' walk away, you can also ski back to within a minute's walk of the door (in normal snow conditions) and it is a short walk to the nearby bucket lift.
The Club Hotel has a small lounge and the Crowded House Bar is popular with hotel guests and locals alike and also has an added benefit of a games room with pool tables.

left waiting on transfer bus for hour and half.

Hotel food excellent on both adults and kids meals. Accommodation well located but a little tired and in need of updating.

Creche staff excellent - 3 year old couldn't wait to go back each day.
